Charlene was great to work with from the beginning of the process. Not only was she pleasant each time we met, but if there was a question she could not answer, she did not hesitate to let us know and escalate appropriately. When things went into the building phase, Nate was very communicative and made sure my wife and I were kept to speed about each and everything going on. During the final walk-through, Nate made sure to address any additional things that we made him aware of. Charlene and Nate are amazing representatives of Pulte.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Pulte Homes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nathan, the salesperson, and Eric, the construction manager. Both Nathan and Eric demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ensured that I received timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. Eric's proficiency in construction was particularly impressive, as he adeptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose during the construction phase. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship displayed by Eric and his team. However, I must bring to your attention some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Regrettably, I found the communication from the mortgage loan officers and title company to be lacking. I felt uninformed about the money transfer process until the very end of the transaction, which was a source of frustration for me. I believe that enhancing communication in this area would greatly improve the overall home buying experience for future customers. Despite this minor setback, I want to emphasize that my experience with Pulte Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already recommended Pulte to several friends and family members based on the outstanding service provided by Nathan and Eric. Their professionalism and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that others will also benefit from choosing Pulte for their home buying needs. Our home turned out beautiful, and any issues seen in walkthrough or after moving in were attended to and fixed promptly. Our experience with the builders was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same with the process of the lenders during the approval of the loan, that area needs much improvement. Other than that, everything else was a smooth and great process!

The Pulte staff and management is very professional and has always taken care of any issue with Atmos urgency. This is my second home that I purchased with Pulte and I’m fully satisfied

Lorenzo made my Experience in buying a Pulte home a great one ! He informed me on updates and progress on my build. Always asked if there was anything he could do for me and always listen to what I had to say and was very punctual getting back to me. He was a joy to work with! CJ was a splendid professional and facilitator . He represented PULTE Homes in an exceptional manner. He is sales representative in White House, TN Great personality, sense of humor. CJ could sell ice to folks living in Antarctica.

There were minor issues here and there that needed attention, which is expected. But Ryan and his team were quickly responsive in every case. Highly recommend!

Though a big company, Pulte provided great personalized service and was attentive to our needs and questions and concerns. The construction manager was excellent in keeping us updated at all times. The construction was completed ahead of schedule. We appreciated their comprehensive services including mortgage and home insurance. The final closing process was very timely and efficient!

The whole buying experience was great! First, the office staff when we were scheduled for our first viewing of the house with Andrew, he stayed past his time to make sure we saw all the facilities and had as much time in the house as we wanted, he was friendly, informative, and did not rush us at all. Second, the financing and underwriting was amazing about answering all my questions and getting back to me numerous times. Josh and Kathy were always willing to spend a few extra minutes and walk me through the process with detailed explanations of what was happening and what we still needed to do. Third, Dan and Orlando were amazing with the walkthrough! They answered so many questions and really took their time is explaining everything! I asked a lot of questions and greatly appreciate all detail they added and how comfortable they make me and my wife feel about our new home and the process for making sure that if something were to have issues, that it would be fixed, then explained all the processes for that part of it. And all very thoroughly without rushing at all. My real estate agent, George, even told us that it was the best walk through he had ever seen. Afterwards we raved about it even more and told us some of his horror stories, so thank you Dave and Orlando! Fourth, our closing agent was great! I do not remember her name, but she was a dream! She did not rush us at all, answered all my questions thoroughly, and did not have any bad attitude because we asked so many questions. She had patience to spare. Thank you Pulte for everything! You offered us a great deal, you helped us go through the process of our VA loan, all your staff was so helpful, and we know we have a fantastic home that is strong and stable, to go along with a great community. You truly helped us find our dream house that will help support us and our 3 kids as we live our lives. ... Más
