Though a big company, Pulte provided great personalized service and was attentive to our needs and questions and concerns. The construction manager was excellent in keeping us updated at all times. The construction was completed ahead of schedule. We appreciated their comprehensive services including mortgage and home insurance. The final closing process was very timely and efficient!

The whole buying experience was great! First, the office staff when we were scheduled for our first viewing of the house with Andrew, he stayed past his time to make sure we saw all the facilities and had as much time in the house as we wanted, he was friendly, informative, and did not rush us at all. Second, the financing and underwriting was amazing about answering all my questions and getting back to me numerous times. Josh and Kathy were always willing to spend a few extra minutes and walk me through the process with detailed explanations of what was happening and what we still needed to do. Third, Dan and Orlando were amazing with the walkthrough! They answered so many questions and really took their time is explaining everything! I asked a lot of questions and greatly appreciate all detail they added and how comfortable they make me and my wife feel about our new home and the process for making sure that if something were to have issues, that it would be fixed, then explained all the processes for that part of it. And all very thoroughly without rushing at all. My real estate agent, George, even told us that it was the best walk through he had ever seen. Afterwards we raved about it even more and told us some of his horror stories, so thank you Dave and Orlando! Fourth, our closing agent was great! I do not remember her name, but she was a dream! She did not rush us at all, answered all my questions thoroughly, and did not have any bad attitude because we asked so many questions. She had patience to spare. Thank you Pulte for everything! You offered us a great deal, you helped us go through the process of our VA loan, all your staff was so helpful, and we know we have a fantastic home that is strong and stable, to go along with a great community. We were updated every step along the way. They were done right on schedule and the job was completed superbly. Great experience!

We love our new Pulte home and the road we took to get here! It was a great trip, from our first visit to a model (just to look around) where we met our rock star sales rep, Christine, to the quality build and the interaction with our awesome project manager Blake, to a smooth closing day, and finally move in and the great service provided by our warranty super hero Alex!! We are so glad we selected Pulte for our move to Babcock Ranch!

Todd and Jackie made this experience easy and fun. Because I purchased from out of state, they were both so communicative and were able to answer all of my questions and sent weekly photos. I was very comfortable with the process and knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Their primary goal was that I had appropriate expectations set, and, that I would love my home. I’d highly recommend Pulte; their customer service and quality of service and overall knowledge is top notch.

The entire team led by Anthony and special mention to Justin and Brandon educated and guided us (new buyers) on the process and what to expect on this new home build.

Britney, Lori, and Edward made the process of finding, closing, and inspecting the home super easy and enjoyable. They were great to work with and always available with a friendly attitude and great service. This was the easiest home purchase we have ever had.

Our experience with Pulte has been great since the beginning. Throughout the entire building process, we got weekly home build reports. Once we were settled within our new home, a few issues turned up and our construction manager was responsive and quick to remedy everything. Highly recommend, couldn't be happier!

Pulte made work team was very good, they made everything seems easy. I would recommend Pulte to anyone, Their costumer service is excellent.

Great buying experience, minor issues with the home

Everyone we came in contact with our Pulte home buying experience was exceptional! First and foremost Brian and Eddie who are the ultimate professionals. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable providing great service at the same time.

Dylan was great! He kept us informed of the status of our new home at all times.

The entire experience was streamlined and easy to navigate. Our loan officer Rachel S. Was always so kind and responsive she helped us get through the process seamlessly. It’s a one stop shop from title company to mortgage lender and even homeowners insurance. We love the house.

Every person at every level and every step was helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond. It made this very large process far more manageable.
