We are super exited with our new home. Everything we expected and more. Love our new home and our community.

I purchased a new build with a suite of Pulte associated companies / services (title, mortgage, etc) and the process was smooth. Build quality is good for the price though there are more restrictions on customizing than other builders (more expensive for those though), but I would highly recommend Pulte to support adding floor outlets in the study, since I would imagine that most people nowadays would have laptops or PCs in their study. Regardless, it has been a good and painless process.

Everyone at Pulte was helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through all of the processes and were responsive to our questions and requests. It was refreshing to see the pride and enthusiasm that Pulte representatives take in their work and I continue to recommend this builder highly to friends in the market for a new home.

Pulte and the team at Blacktail have been absolutely exceptional. Brandon and Anthony have been stellar and very personable which has made the process much more enjoyable from start to the finish. I could not of asked for better people to work with as I get situated in my new home. I always say it’s the little things in life and Brandon and Anthony are just that, on top of an incredible home by Pulte!

Buying a house from Pulte was an easy and hassle-free journey. When the house was being built, we were given information about every single thing and our opinions were taken through meetings. It was a very good experience! Thanks Pulte team.

We have been building homes since 1985 and Pulte has been a pleasure to work with and by far the most stress free! Pulte not only delivers a quality product but they stand behind it!

The building process was so easy and stress free! Chris our sales rep was attentive to our every need and want. Our construction manager Greg was absolutely amazing through the whole process. He kept us well informed and any issues that did come up he remedied immediately. We are very happy with our new home!!!

From the initial meeting Bobbette was truly helpful and supportive. She was knowledgeable and understanding. She checked in with me every step of the way. Mark and Rod were amazing. They were meticulous and were concerned with every detail in my walk through and checked after closing to ensure everything was up to standard. Truly a great team. They treated my home like it was their home.

The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

My wife and i wanted to move closer to our son who's stationed at Ft. Campbell,so we researched extensively,and found Copes Crossing offered the best value,location,and also a good reputation of quality. We lived on Kauai,but we were able to pick out a lot,model,and also options thru video chats,photos,and phone calls with the Pulte design,and sales team.Not an easy task,and kind of nerve racking from 4500 miles away, but the Pulte team made it a lot easier. Everyone was really excellent including TJ,who kept the construction site clean,and on time We are very pleased with the results. Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue. From the first day we came to the neighborhood to look at models to now, after the build and moving into our Forever Home, our experience has been FANTASTIC!! Every single person all along the way was beyond helpful, highly knowledgeable, efficient, VERY on top of things, and answered all of our questions in a more-than-timely-manner, in minutes, most of the time! Each person walked us through the process step by step. The entire process was EASY from start to finish which would be a Godsend for young, first-time builders. A word about the quality of our home: it's a FORTRESS. It is hurricane-safe. Born and raised, and having spent my first 47 years in Broward County, I have been through many hurricanes and tropical storms and am confident that our home will withstand any hurricane. ALL of the Pulte homes are built with concrete block construction with poured concrete, hurricane tiedowns, and impact windows rated to >150 mph. It's comforting to know that we won't have to evacuate or board up if a hurricane is headed our way (we live in S FL, so, of course we'll have storms). We have no worries. WE ARE SAFE here. In closing, my husband and I would like to thank Pulte for a great experience in building our Forever Home. I just retired and we'll spend the rest of our lives here in our beautiful home and neighborhood. We researched many other builders, visited their models, and, by far, Pulte had the highest quality homes. We're very happy and satisfied! ... Más
