Our contract and buying experience with Erik was a pleasure. Erik made us feel valued as new home buyers and every step of the way was ready to handle and help us through any challenges or concerns we had. Billy was our construction manager, and we really feel like he went above and beyond to ensure we were built a quality house. We did experience things during the process that were outside of Billy’s control, but he was very quick to make those things right to the best of his ability. On a side note: the painting sub Pulte uses in Allen Ranch is horrible, and they need to find a new painting sub. The paint in our new house has workmanship issues and the painters make terrible messes including but not limited to runs down walls and trim work, paint on upgraded hood vent and 30k marble counters, paint on flooring and driveway pavers. We moved from Ca to Tx and this new home experience was superb! Pulte associates were very friendly and informative the entire time! The experience was painless and I would recommend a Pulte home for anyone! The Pulte team went above and beyond to ensure our new home was ready for our move in! Thanks

We had a great experience. I would certainly recommend Pulte to others. Raymond, our construction manager, was particularly great. He was attentive to detail, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions.

My builder Garrett made all the difference in my Pulte experience. When the sales team dropped the ball, he stepped in to make sure my house experience met my expectations. Even after moving into my house, Garrett made sure to answer my calls and make things right. He is still answering my calls to make sure my house is perfect. This is what buyers want from a builder. Someone they can trust, even after the closing date.

We felt the home buying process was very streamlined. We expected there to more stress involved in a new home construction but we were worrying over nothing. The help and support after closing is something we also appreciate. Overall it was a great experience for us.

Our experience with Pulte was great from beginning to end. Our project manager was responsive throughout the whole process and they met the timing of our date. Our biweekly photo updates were very helpful during the build bc we were out of state clients so even though we couldn’t be there in person to see the progress, the photos really helped. Pulte is a solid home builder and we would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Our dream of being in SWFL is now a reality!

The building process was very thorough. Our building manager was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was very involved in the process and ensured issues were corrected throughout the process as well.

Very friendly, responsive and customer focused team. The customer support manager has visited the house to check on items, and followed up with the third party contractor to ensure the sprinkler system, lawn is taken care for. Very impressed with the support system in place.
