Overall the quality of the home is good. Very poor communication from the field manager. Once his supervisor and another manager took over, the communication was fine.

I’m extremely upset not finishing work after I moved like my laundry room should be gas point for my dryer I have numerous email phone call text but up to date I’m without dryer construction manager Ryan not helpful at all my flooring needs to fix over a month nothing done broken fence that’s before I moved in and numbers of promises still not been done I would not recommend to my friend or family I really had bad experiences with construction manager I’m very upset Thank you

It took from Sept. to one day before closing (March 31st) to tell us we were approved for a mortgage. It should not take that long. Still having issues after closing and I hope they can be resolved.

My experience with the builder team was great. They always responded but there are things I guess are not in their control when it comes to trades. I have so much pending. So frustrating. My experience in that matter has not been the best. 30days after closing still chasing after to get trades to complete the punch list. I believe Pulte could do better with their process about building and completing.

The entire closing process for our house was absolutely mismanaged and terrible. Our construction manager was great and bent over backward for us, but the corporate team members, sales staff, etc. were hard to work with and unresponsive.

Dustin and Diane were excellent to work with. Many last minute issues were pulled off to make sure we closed. They went above and beyond! Im more disappointed with the quality of painting, title work and cleanliness at the delivery of the property. For the price I paid, I expected way better.

Everything in our home was done really cheaply cabinets installation ,kitchen island !! (0,5 inch gaps on both sides terrible job! .For the price of the the development craftsmanship is terrible , walls are crooked;anything in the condo was done cheaply and without the second thought (design and placement of electrical outlets are terrible!!) Steps are not wood but some kind of wood chips mix ?) and not really safe -they are moving under foot( they are not aligned ( basement and garage)and really menace to safety! Windows are not working properly.Construction manager is trying his best to help! he is real professional (but It's little too late to fix that project)View is great for sure! ... Más

Seems like a good product but don’t close without everything accomplished.

Before buying a Pultle home I went to their website and watched their promotional materials. It featured a lot of people that knew what they were talking about and took pride in their work. This is not what I experienced at all. I experienced lots of fighting to get things done correctly and in the end, there are still a lot of things that look awkward. Walls that look twisted, a roof that has dips in it, ceilings that have boils, creaky floors, unfinished mortar work, and the list goes on. If you ask to get something fixed, they basically do the same bad work over again. I would say if you do buy a Pulte home, take lots of photos and don't let them proceed to the next phase until it's 100% correct, or else you will be on the phone with their warranty department forever to get things fixed correctly, if at all. While my project manager was super receptive to our needs, the people doing the actual work had a "slap things together" work ethic and it shows in the "finished" product. The other issue was our sales person was hard to get a hold of and then that person quit half way through our build. This wasn't communicated to us until months later, which resulted in lack of communication in the build. ... Más

Now that I have lived in the house for a while I can see every corner that was cut, and every penny that was saved. If there was a way to save money by using cheaper materials or process, then it is easy to see which choice was made.

Really take the time to understand your design as you won't be able to make any changes down the road. They aim to please but with so much activity, it's hard to get things done right the first time out of the gate. PM was exceptional.

You'll love your new home built by Pulte, just be sure to keep the lines of communication open even if it becomes tiresome. Someone will eventually address your concerns only to make you feel they squeezed you into their very tight schedule. Personally, I trusted the individuals I dealt with during the process, but I was a customer, the feeling of being "we're with you" ran thin towards the finish line.

The quality of house is ok. Have found floor not fixed properly, doors are not closing properly, water stagnation in the yard etc...

So very disappointed in the quality of workmanship in our home. Lack of attention to detail. Once we were in our home we noticed so many things were completed sloppily. Felt pressured to give a good review on their in house survey. Actually had someone tell me we would be taking food out of their Families mouth if we did not give them all 10s. Made us wait well past the time communicated the home would be completed as well. Feel like the home was just thrown up.

Very rushed job at the end while rushing to close, and you can tell in the workmanship of the house. Paint was patchy, dry wall looks horrible (dents/gashes everywhere, dry wall seems already bubble-ing after 1 month, spackle jobs around dry wall seems are horrible. After closing, someone did follow up to fix the REALLY BAD spots, but still did a mediocre job at best.

Overall it was ok. I didn't get enough time to shop for mortgage. Pulte rushed to close the house even though they were not ready to close. At the time of closing things were pending.

Wow! Upon receiving possession of our new home we discovered stains in our new granite sink and on our very expensive new floors. Upon request to evaluate, we received insinuations that the issues were caused by us even though we had not even moved into the home. Also, poor workmanship was highlighted upon replacement of front door bell and once again we were told they weren't responsible even though the stucco was not completed correctly under doorbell they installed and the stucco was falling off. Sad.

Am giving a 3 of 5 star to most categories primarily because of workmanship and materials. Soundproofing in the living room is inadequate; human and TV voices can be heard. Flat wall paint used in kitchen and baths instead of semi-gloss. Floorboards with chips were used instead of being discarded. Cement board siding has spots of gloss paint on it. Framing of the panty door wall is crooked. Heating and cooling design seems haphazard. Electric wall heaters on first floor have to be run most of the time in cold weather. Heat rising from the 2nd floor mini-split makes wall heaters in 3rd floor bath and bedrooms unnecessary. However, floor plan is more functional and esthetically pleasing than other similar townhouses on the market. ... Más

Nothing that stands out that can be shared with other buyers

Slow building process at first. The initial construction manager was not giving updates on progress regularly as he was supposed to. Then as the building process pick up, there were some areas that were overlooked (like the kitchen range did not vent outside like it was supposed to until we said something, the outside windows were not completed). Then we felt a sense of being rushed to closing. Our kitchen appliances were not available prior to closing and we had to have temporary appliances that were supposed to be similar in quality and grade to our chosen appliances. This was not the case for our stove which is not functioning to our satisfaction to this date. It has been 6 weeks since our closing. We requested alternate stove but did not get a response. The more recent construction manager was very responsive initially to our requests to fix certain items prior to closing but since closing, he has not been as responsive in keeping us updated on the status of when our kitchen appliances will arrive. We still have areas outside the house that need to be fixed but still waiting on weather warming up. I hope Pulte will keep their word and do a better job with finishing the job. ... Más

The Sales People need to care more about their customers and treat them with respect. Our Building Manager was Great he always put our needs first more employees should be like him.

The quality of home was average. There were a lot of issue in the new home. There are patches of spike obvious throughout the house. Nails popping out from the carpet hurting everyone in the home who is not wearing shoes. Paint is missing on some patches. All electric sockets and switches are crooked. no privacy lock in any bedroom except the master one. Curtain rod and towel rod missing in the full bath. Unremovable lump of glue on the wooden floor. scratches, marks and chemical stains on walls. Poor usage of extra space.

Pulte was, mostly, straight forward with communication in the long process from contract to closing. We were kept well informed during the construction process. And the finish house was, mostly, how it was envisioned on the plans.

I think the Pulte employees were all very well intentioned. I cannot know that about management as my interaction with them was lacking. I do think they were more interested in getting the house finished/closed than build quality. I feel like the completion of the house was rushed to get it closed. That's been reflected in the final appearance - the painting is seriously poor. We could have done a better job. Looks like 1 coat, numerous show through areas, ceiling paint on walls, wall paint on ceiling, semi-gloss on ceiling touch up areas, dry wall voids; crooked bathroom light fixture; severe scratching on cabinets. ...
