If I had not stopped at the construction site every week, many things would not have been fixed until it was too late. Plumbing in the wrong place. Air conditioner pad in the wrong place. After closing I came home to my kids bathroom destroyed because the marble guys didn’t coordinate with construction, also everything that was written down before the final walk-through was not fixed, I still have over 15 issues they have not been fixed and it’s been two months since I closed

Very well designed and functional. The only thing is that the workmanship is very poorly done, not professional workers. The paint inside is horrible, spot missing on wall, paint on the rugs, doors are so rough you can’t wash them. The grass was put on top of the sprinklers we had to dig them out. We spoke with neighbors in the community and they told us they had similar problems. For the price of these home I expected more quality work done.

If you are not an advocate Pulte will try and pull things over on you to meet their deadlines etc. great neighborhood but house quality and transparency by pulte is poor

Many systems in the house are very good but poorly integrated. Very good HVAC, very good home controls, good lighting but the ceilings in the house have holes everywhere. None of the systems are aesthetically aligned, multiple access panels for service, each contractor did what they wanted without any overall management. Cleaners came in and ruined stained doors and trim by using bleach and water to sanitize home. Kitchen cabinets are not commercial. Installer drove nails through the side of cabinets, smeared putty all over finished surfaces, cabinet trim fell off, scratches everywhere, ...

Paid extra for an upgrade. Not worth it. Tiles & Grout were not sealed. Tiles have stained marks & excess grout. Bannister missing screws and nut bolt exposed. A toilet is loose. Vents/Extractors in bathrooms very inefficient. Places for show only. Paint lines crooked. White paint on the metal rails. POWER keeps tripping. Outside railing not stained. Garage and driveway excess cement not cleaned. Garden not weeded before closing. 30 day walk through still not done.

Pulte has been awful with the quality of work that has been performed, I have shutters that are coming of the home, I have not been in the home but a little over 60 days. The wood on my deck has completely cracked, there has been absolutely no one from warranty to address these issues whatsoever.

We first looked at Pulte homes in early June with a wonderful individual, she had a great personality, was open, honest and a pleasure to work with. Almost immediately after signing our contract, she was moved to a different location and a new representative was going to take over. Awful customer service and a whole bunch of issues with the sales team and construction quality control

We had many issues throughout the build process, most were due to the incompetence of the sales rep. On several occasions we were told we were getting one product by the sales rep only to find out too late in the build process that those items that heavily swayed our decision to purchase, either 1. Weren't available, or 2. Were only available if we chose a different option or 3. We were mislead on what we were getting. I could go on and on but there's not enough space. Compare to other new construction houses ,Pulty model house is simple design, not special at all. We found out lot of issues when we walked through the house after it built and the whoever person in charge promised he would fix the problem but which he missed multiple area not fixed at all. Homes built as cheap as possible

Pulte has some good home designs, but in the end, they fall short because they hire the cheapest labor possible using the cheapest materials possible. Fit and finish is terrible, and there doesn't seem to be any inspection of the work performed. For example, many of the doors inside the house don't close. EVERY window has crooked or wavy framing and drywall work. The floor tiles throughout the house are uneven so furniture wobbles. Any purchased upgrades use the least expensive materials possible. Closed on home in March. Yard has still not been installed - issue is not due to COVID-19. This is a shame as we would not have poorly rated this experience prior to closing. We have been understanding about a window needing to be replaced and workers not being allowed in homes during the pandemic. However, yards are being installed consistently around the neighborhood as we watch and wait for the past 2 months.

The contract part with Pulte was very smooth, however don’t forget to read the fine print. They have an exclusion which allows them not to pay the property taxes because they aren’t assessed at the time of the closing. Construction. What a nightmare. The subcontractors made multiple mistakes, the job site was filthy and the construction manager and his supervisor are not on top of the construction. Your team is doing a great disservice to your organization with their shoddy workmanship, rude behavior and a seemingly transactional approach. In their haste to complete a home in 90 days they are forgetting that at a bare minimum the home must feel good to the occupants when they move in. Pulte’s contract is one sided, entitling them legally to do whatever they want. They can change your home, lot, site plan, closing date, etc. at will and you can’t do anything about it. They won’t even provide a discount when the changes impact the value of your home. We waited 11 months for our unit which they actually built in a hurry in 6 months. I would give less than 1 or zero if that were on the list! It is all cheap materials—looks like a trainee built the house rather than a professional. I can list hundreds of them. I had to get my flooring done with tiles and when the carpet is lifted, i t was rough surface and holes everywhere like they hammered it—-staris too same thing! Very poor job overall!

We purchased a model home and we were very excited. There were things that needed to be fixed and we were told this would be taken care of so we went ahead and closed. We closed in September and most of what needed fixed still needs fixed. The communication is very slow or non-existent. We just want the things fixed so we do not have to think about it and can enjoy our new home. Very poor craftsmanship overall. The house was not cleaned before closing and there were countless issues, they rushed to complete what they could in the one-hour window while we were at our closing appointment. One-hour was obviously not enough time to do the work that was needed to be done, then they wrote us off once we signed the papers. Countertops were cracked in several places at closing and they won't replace them, they just glued two of the pieces back together but cracks still exist and they will not respond to emails about it.
