My experience is not satisfactory with pulte, regretting now that i should gone with other builder. Very poor quality house ,didn’t do house quality check properly before closing, made me to hurry in closing rather than concentrating on fixing issues in home . Pulte should concentrate on their quality of building to give trust and confidence to customers rather than concentrating in making goals in number of homes closed in an year.

Workmanship is poor, at best. Windows were different measurements resulting in blinds not fitting, Finish work from flooring to sanding and painting is substandard for new home expectations. Loan consultant would not return my calls AND emails. It had been a terrible experience and wish there was a lemon law for new home purchases. The home will be on the market as soon as the rest of the developers is closer to completion. Buyer beware.

Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.

This unfortunately has been the worst home purchasing experience. From the beginning to the end. I have purchased several new build homes and by far this has been the worst experience. The one highlight was the project manager Armando. He made the walk-through enjoyable. When purchasing a new home, the experience should be memorable and exciting. This was the opposite. From the sales agent to the mortgage personnel. The worst service I've ever experience. I'm still having issues and concerns about the home and things not working properly and the response is so slow. If I had the opportunity to do this over, I would purchase from another builder. ... We bought a million dollar home and the quality of material used is very sub standard and thats not what is expected. There are issues which were reported during walk through and have not been resolved even after one month of moving in. Lastly, the experience we had was very bad in comparison to other builder we have bought before.

We had the worst experience buying this house and this is our 3rd new construction home. 11 months to build a home.. We were not given regular updates on the construction process and the exact reason for the 3 month delay due to not having water and power to the community. Nobody could tell me the reason for the delay- just that they were waiting on Edison.. They gave us a closing date, we signed loan docs and they old us to change the utilities into our name then 4 days before closing said they were still waiting for Edison. Granted there was a fire in the area which I can understand set them back but for 3 months- no sorry and 2 of the months were before the fire.. The upgrade prices were outrageously priced and at time of the walk through the finishes in the shower were not correct. They did end up fixing during the 3 month delay. I reached out to management and of course no explanation. The home seems like it was just thrown together. A month and a half after closing Pulte still has not completed items they said they would at the time of the "Celebration" walk through. I would never buy a Pulte home or use Pulte Mortgage again. This is our 2nd time building with Pulte Homes. The first time back in 2008 was SUPERIOR and this time was less then stellar. We had a great time designing the home and hoped it would be like our last. Upon delivery we were shocked at the low quality of our home and the errors that have been overlooked. We have reached out to our on site person to no avail. We saved our money for years to move to this location out of our home state and to be honest, we wish we had built with another company. For the HUGE amount of money we paid for this home with all the upgrades like our last, this house has been a huge disappointment. In the last few years since we build our last home clearly Pulte has gone down hill in value and fast. I would sadly not recommend anyone to build with them again. We have friends looking to build and I would advise them to go elsewhere. Pulte really let us down. We wish we had looked a little longer before we put down money to build this new dream home that has become a nightmare that no one seems to care about. To much going back and forth the quality does not match the price.

I would highly recommend not to buy with Pulte homes They use cheap quality materials and worst behavioral construction team. Once you close the home then you will be screwed up. Don’t trust sales and construction team words at any stage until you satisfy DON’T close the home.

Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

Pulte is a terrible company!! Buyer Beware!!

Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. It seems like the Pulte model is “throw it together and if the buyer complains - fix it - and fix it as cheaply as it can be done. I used Pulte Mortgage and definitely do not recommend them to future buyers. I used Pulte Title, PGP Title, and still have not received a copy of the fully executed documents or the certified survey I was charged for, even though I have asked for it several times and left messages. I called the survey company and was told they gave 6 certified copies to the title company to give me. The last message I received from the sales agent said the survey company was mailing them to me directly. That was 2 weeks ago - still nothing. No one from the title company calls back or responds. They were disorganized and not responsive. Extremely disappointed and cannot stress enough “BUYER BEWARE!” . ... Más

While I like the home overall, the quality that Pulte keeps telling you about does not exist. Over 30 days post close and our punch list still has not been addressed. The end product is not satisfactory and we still have multiple issues with the home. The bandaids are already falling off. The cabinets are cheap. The only upgrades I would recommend are foundational with extended rooms otherwise I would recommend minimal upgrades and do it yourself post close. When it comes to the punch list, they simply remove the tape and not fix the original issue that was taped. And when they actually fix the issue, they create more. Our driveway is already cracking after bringing repaired twice. The interior paint job is like a 3rd grader did the painting. Nice home but terrible quality. Just prepare yourself for an end product that is nice but lacks the “Pulte Quality,” or maybe this is what Pulte considers quality? ... Más

Quality of shown model home and the one of the actual home are vastly different. Real let-down.

The upgrades are expensive and of poor quality. The overall construction is weak. On a simple windy day the whole house makes loud noises in the roof. The overall quality of house is poor. The purpose of going for a new construction is defeated. One month after moving the dishwasher leaks water , the Owen when turned on gives out strong burning.smell. They rush through the closing process even though the house ins’t fully done. The basement developed mold even before the closing. Professionally treated but worried about it coming back. I opted for a designer island which isn’t half good as shown in the model home. No pictures available of it before hand. No way to know how it is going to look until it is installed. Overall a bad experience for me. ... Más

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." It feels like I bought a remodeled house at the price of a New House.

We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.

I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside. Warranty manger came here to inspect but didn't took any action on my backyard, I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. After few days I raised the ticket to fix the backyard and Ron stopped by and had as look and we came to an agreement that my lawn need to be fixed but later on he said that he is not going fix it because my 30 day warranty is completed but I raised the ticket with in 30 days. If you guys can help me in this it will be great because I paid premium to the lot but still after that I got uneven backyard. Please take it as Serious because I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. ... Más

I was disappointed by my experience with Pulte. The workmanship was poor as best. I spent 6 hours marking nearly 2000 workmanship and quality defects. Ten days later at my pre-closing walk-through - 30 minutes before closing - trades were in the house still working on the builder’s punch list and maybe 25% of the issues I pointed out. There were issues I pointed out during the walk-through that were ignored. Paint over that flaw, smudge some goop in that scratch, didn’t clean up paint splatter on the floors and tiles. One month later, still waiting for them to come back and finish the punch list. For the price paid for this house, I expected better workmanship and better customer service. ... Más

Horrible experience so far. These folk are the worse. Nothing is getting done in a timely fashion and nobody responds until you act a fool

My fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and Pulte can’t fix it l!!!
