Overall awful experience dealing with Pulte at every level. We were under contract for a specific package - after signing, Pulte changed the paint and carpet package and told us if we don’t like it we can back out of the purchase (Jake). It’s was not the kind of experience we were looking for. House had multiple issues before closing. We closed on the house. The project manager promised us to repair all those issues before closing but didn’t happen. After closing when I asked when he will repair those issue, he told me to call customer care and he doesn’t work at this location anymore. I had to get in contact with regional manger to get the ball rolling.

I can’t even begin to waist anymore energy on Pulte, worst experience ever. Don’t even consider using Pulte. I am so disappointed in everything especially looking back at all the red flags. I’m embarrassed.

Poor workmanship on house and property

We found a lack of experience and ownership to the people we had to deal with in buying this house. The law firm messed up our paperwork from the start. It just got worse as we went through the whole process. We ended up having to spend over 2600.00 dollars waiting for our closing date. First day in the house master closet shelf fell off the wall. We have had several problems with windows, door, recessed lights, cracked roof truss, uneven spacing on roof trusses in structure. I will say that there has been a good effort to correct problems. Be careful. They'll hide things from you that you should know. Their finance department was the worst experience.

Over a year delayed. House is rushed, their quality is terrible. They try to make up excuses not to fix issues. Please avoid Pulte homes at all cost. This was my second new construction home and it’s an absolute nightmare compared to my other home.

We build our house in Franklin area, selling price of close to 1.5 million. Our experience since day 1 has been nothing less than but frustrating. Person (Walker) responsible of building our place knows nothing and will prefer to lie instead of saying I don't know and let me find out. 10% of non-refundable earnest money required. Had to complain numerous times during the building process on many issues to get it fixed. Kept asking good feedback on the survey both construction and mortgage process. The construction manager stopped responding right after the survey was completed even though there are some items that still need to be fixed. I am not going to recommend Pulte homes to my friends.

Very poor service! Even before I moved in i was sent a water bill for over $600. I should not be responsible for something I have not used. Pulte management was not willing to help. The patio door is of low quality. Tiles are laid unprofessionally. Even the smoke detectors are not in working order. I will not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. My brother was planning to purchase from Pulte, but he changed his mind after my experience.

Just Like Any Other Builder

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.

My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. I can show pictures of my garage that the superior said that is acceptable I will post pictures later.

The post sales experience has been disappointing. Workmanship is sloppy with poor quality control. Expected the home to have been in better condition upon closing, especially given it is a new construction. Issues pointed out at pre-closing were not addressed and 6 weeks later, still waiting for resolution. There have been new issues with the home just in the last 3 weeks. Customer Care is unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. Yet his number is listed as contact. Director of customer services was very rude, condescending, and unsympathetic to our situation which was all due to their negligence.
