My review is of pure disappointment! I have been in my home almost 60 days and I have yet to use my master shower. Hot and cold water lines were crossed and here we are today, August 20th and I still do not have a working master shower. Too upset to say anymore.

I’ve noticed a lot of things either already pealing (lining/paint), not fully sealed, or just done sloppy... it’s actually embarrassing to be honest because we haven’t been here long and no matter how well I take care of it and clean, cosmetically, it doesn’t look brand new... on top of that, we’ve had issues with drains not draining appropriately and I can’t help but think there are things inside of them since we had to repeatedly ask to have workers quit leaving food and trash all over the place during building... I’m anxious about the quality with what I’ve observed. We love our home, yes. But minor things, like paint pealing, doors not properly closing or lined up in the frame, sharp edges where carpet meets tile, and things we’ve observed with plumbing... has me uneasy. ... Más

Several of the home owners in the development have had similar experiences of not feeling taken care of after the build is complete and you have closed. We have had several issues, some minor, and some larger, but haven't gotten good responsiveness to issues. There should be better communication and exceptions set with home owners as well. For instance, several of the home owners have reached out regarding large trucks driving too fast in the development, the response we've received is "we don't control the contract workers". Three home owners lawns have been damaged by truck drivers driving through our SOD damaging it, mine was never replaced or no steaks were placed with caution tape like I was told was going to be done. ... The builder promised everything would be clean and ready to go when I moved in. I had to call back after my move in date to have everything cleaned. They did not have my keys at the signing. There are gaps letting bugs in under my exterior doors. Warranty company told me to have the brand new house fumigated for bus because they were “already there when I moved in” even though they claimed they fumigated before I moved in and they were suppose to clean before I moved in.

They did a decent job overall. They rushed some things, including the fireplace which ended up having a gas leak due to improper install while my family was home. They also weren’t flexible on moving the closing date by a month when I requested due to COVID.

I bought a home with other builder and my experience with them was much better than Pulte. We moved in recently into this new Pulte home and there were several things need to be fixed even after closing. I called and texted several times the supervisor, but their response was very poor. Its been a month since we moved in, still they did not fix the things yet. I am still waiting and frustrated. So make sure that everything was done before closing. Once closing is done, it will take months together to get the pending works done. Don't have an assumption that big builders will be very responsive even after closing. ... Más

Covid has delayed everything in my experience with Pulte (is what I'm told) this year. I've lived in my home for 3 months & still have several workmanship issues that were notified by my overworked field manager & still haven't received notice from another rep whose supposed to schedule our appts to get these items fixed. It's caused significant delay in being able to unpack & things which need fixed after getting worse.

AC stopped working one day after moving in, electrical outlets keep tripping the breaker,damaged title and grout issues, and still unresolved issues

I paid for upgrade paint and doesn’t cover. . And painters didn’t give another coat. I was told paint company having problems with the color I chose. Supervisor wouldn’t let me change color since painters have to come back. So I’m stuck with paint that doesn’t cover.

1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

The whole sales process was amazing, when it came to building that when we started having issues. We have issues in our home that still need to be fixed. we thought we had a 30 day evaluation check list but that was all lies. We are still missing a rack from our stove and Zack the construction manager said he ordered but that was a month ago and still haven't revived it. I and very dissatisfied with the construction part of the home, and something need to change quick.

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. Most things were fixed but we were specifically told that everything would be taken care off. 3 months after closing our wooden staircase is still not fixed (they’ve redone it horribly 4 times), the metal railing balusters are still not all secured, the trim around our fireplace has separated from the floor 3 times and the repair men just told me to put weights on it so it will glue back down, there are chips in our floor that haven’t been fixed, flooring in our office doesn’t go all the way to the baseboard so there is a gap between the wall and flooring, there are paint spots all over the wood flooring downstairs, we had 4 lightbulbs burn out in the first 2 weeks, and the subfloor in our master bedroom has separated from the beams and popped up which now squeaks every time we walk in it. These were issues found in our inspection that we’re never fixed and now structural issues are occurring. We love this house but are extremely disappointed in the willingness to fix issues that should have been done months ago. The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. And not to mention our front door ( outside) looks like a three year old painted it. As for the material used - all we can say is that it’s cheap, unless you upgrade to level 5 or above which is what we did ( almost $50k in upgrades)...except for our shower. We moved in May 22, week one our shower handle feel off - we placed a work order in three weeks ago and was told it was going to take another 2-3 weeks ( so one month to fix something we could fix in 5 min), After looking at what we have ( cheap) we’re now ripping that shower out and replacing with a frameless shower ( something more sturdy). Deadbolts on the back and patio do not work properly. The actual home is beautiful- I can’t say that our construction Mgr was one of the best. It’s not his fault that their material is cheap. ... The sub contractors Pulte uses are fast and careless with their work. This results in mistakes and errors that plague the homeowner.

In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

There were lack of details in finish. When we did our final inspection on our closing day, we found several issues such as dirty floor, stained kitchen faucet, missing pendant lights, missing cabinet piece in kitchen island, not levelled cabinet door, visible nail marks on molding, construction debris on roof, and etc. Although the majority of these were addressed, we are still waiting for our pendant lights and new kitchen faucet after two months. In addition, our driveway and walkway were poured more than 7 weeks after moving in. Our yards still not graded, so we might not be able to put grass seeds this year although we moved in spring. It is frustrated not being able to enjoy what we already have paid in full. The most frustrating issue is with our hardwood floors. We have hardwood floors on all three floors, but we found out that there were a lot of drywall dust trapped inside of grains of hardwood floor pieces. We raised this issue during the final inspection and basically got no solution. After trying few different methods, we realised we need to manually get the dust out of individual grain using a small screw driver. I stopped almost immediately because it could damage the hardwood pieces. Therefore, it looks like we are stuck with dirty hardwood pieces because they have no intention of cleaning for us. I believe this could have been prevented during the construction if the work was done more carefully or the floor was put after drywall was completed. It is definitely disappointed to see these floors every day. We feel that we deserve a better quality finish product, considering the price of the house and the payment was made on the closing day. Please check all the details of your house as much as possible before moving in and make sure that the majority of work gets done immediately after your inspection. I actually think the final inspection should take place few weeks before the closing day instead of closing day, so the issues can be fixed prior to move in or closing. I think we have little or no leverage after closing when discussing and prioritising outstanding issues. ... Más

The Central Point community appears very nice, but the interiors of the homes are not as attractive as they should be due to a lack of high quality workmanship. Additionally, my home buying experience with Pulte Homes was very disappointing. My celebration walkthrough was performed while my home was incomplete and while there were serious paint issues everywhere. I also required multiple independent home inspections before being able to feel comfortable with my purchase, and I did not appreciate being rushed to sign on my home before a passing inspection was obtained. Pulte Homes has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs work, and I strongly advise all future home buyers to obtain an independent inspection before purchasing. ... Más

Not great quality homes.

I was not satisfied with the build quality as well as poor results of how issues being handled. Not a trustworthy builder personally feel.

We have been moved in since March 23rd and have had issue after issue that has gone unresolved. Pulte hasn’t sent us any help besides a few emails. In my opinion we shouldn’t even be paying the mortgage if none of our warranty or services are not being upheld.

We are still finding nails sticking out of our stairway, one of our bathrooms is missing a piece of shower curtain pole, trash from workers always needing to get picked up, back yard isnt flat. Those are just to name a few.

Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.

I was very unsatisfied with my salesman Carl , he backed on every promise he made , very unprofessional
