It was an absolute pleasure working with Raul, the Sales Consultant, Devonte, the Construction Manager, and Marjan, the Area Manager. Each of them played a vital role in the process. Raul, in particular, was incredibly helpful. His patience and thoroughness in explaining all the details and options were instrumental in providing clarity on what we were looking for. Everyone was incredible to work with, the experience was the best.

The process was straight forward. The agent walked through the options and price. The closing process was very efficient as most of the documents were signed online portal.

Overall process was a smooth and clear, starting from signing up to the closing. Construction manager was very helpful explaining every major step in the construction. I will 100% recommend to new home buyers.

Pulte homes provided a nice mortgage loan application process and offered me a good rate, which greatly reduced my time spending in closing.

Derek's communication throughout the building process was outstanding. We appreciated the regular progress photos that kept us informed and excited about the developments. Any issues that arose with the home were swiftly and efficiently resolved by Derek. We're delighted with our new home and grateful for Derek's dedication and excellent service.

Everyone at the Skye Hills-Valridge project has made my first new home purchase experience a great one. Angela and Chad impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism and quick response to any questions or concerns. Minor touch-up issues have been resolved expeditiously. Great team!

I was definitely nervous about having a home built in Charlotte while I was still living in NJ. Pulte and the construction project manager made the process easy. They called me weekly with updates and texted me pictures. They answered any questions or addressed any concerns I had. They even took videos and sent them to me. They also accommodated for my off time inspections and always made sure i had access to the inside of the house since I often would fly in for the day and back out due to work. Derek and John are excellent! I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone.

We moved into our new Pulte home that was extremely well built. All items on our walk through list were taken care of before we moved in by our construction manager. One issue was major in my opinion and he took great care of it! All issues we have found after we moved in have been dealt with by the warranty manager and his warranty team. They all have been super responsive. It has been nothing by a very positive pre and post buying experience with the Pulte team. Thank you

From start to finish John M. was excellent to work with. We received timely updates on the progress of the build to include weekly photos. If we had any questions, John was very timely in responding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with this builder. Five stars!!!
