Would probably not buy with Pulte again. House was rushed to meet their deadline. Warranty having to repair things that were already repaired prior to close. Very unhappy about this.

I’ll be glad to speak with the Pulte’s Vice President. My house has tons of cosmetic issues and warranty is not doing what they supposed to do. I have all the pictures that prove that our house doesn’t meet the requirements of quality that Pulte sells or offers to their clients. If Pulte considers itself a trust builder, I’ll be more than happy to talk directly to the Vice President. I don’t want to deal with the Salesperson or warranty guys anymore. I want the house that I paid for. Not the garbage that I received. The house is so bad that even the Field Manager got fired. Let me know how ...

After careful decision of which builder to purchase our retirement home and Pulte with good reputation we were very disappointed. From sales to home building supervisors. The home was delivered very poor with so many things to fix. With spending too much on options and they were not in excellent condition. The luck of communication to make the homeowner feel assure is definitely not there. We have to do the follow up ourselves and hope that it’ll be taken care of.

Pulte was the worst experience ever from the time we started to the time we closed. The communication throughout the entire process was horrible. The only ones who were great was the design center. Our person who was in charge of the house during the process of it being built was Jackson. He failed many times at communicating things to us, fixing issues we had and staying on top of the workers. A couple of times when we came by during the build the workers had their children while bricking our house and then the end result of the brick on our house is now being fixed after being fixed 3 times ...

Since closing and occupying my home I have been getting the run around concerning service requests from the Project managers, all the way up the latter to the VP of Construction. Seems like there is little recourse.

Pulte's response to issues that have come up since we moved in has been extremely disappointing. They do not follow up with you. The warranty department doesn't respond in a timely manner. I have water running into our home every time it rains. This has gone on for 3 weeks. No one has come out to repair it. Construction bins constantly have trash and garbage spilling onto the ground. This is vey unprofessional. I've told our friends we have made a mistake building with Pulte. They do not keep their promises after the closing. We've built several homes and this is the worst experience we ever ...

The best part of Pulte is the sales people that sell you on the house. They are polite and responsive. Everything after is a nightmare. So many issues with the build. Everything is broken and after living here for a month, the tape starts to peel from the walls. They use cheap and unqualified laborers sub-contracted 3 times over to save as much money on your build as they can. I have multiple broken items, broken quartz sink, broken stove, cracked upgraded glass, and so much more. All on a new house that cost about 1 million. They pretend to follow up but don't. They just send emails and ...

People who work for Pulte are not good at all professional. The work they did for my home is below par and if we ask why you did it like this they say we need to put service requests all the time. Even service requests we put a month ago no one responded yet..still waiting on fixes for all the substandard work They did.

After moving in, we have had so many issues with our home that we regret buying it. It’s as if no one looked at the home to ensure things were done right. Cabinets are misaligned, improperly installed, broken, nails missing from showers, grout is multiple colors or missing, door knobs damaged, paint splashes and grout EVERYWHERE, light fixtures installed crookedly, framing issues, dirt and sawdust everywhere, nails in carpet, metal debris in lawn - this is an absolute nightmare.
