Poor communication from the beginning. Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, deceitful. Overall regretting choosing Pulte and we have turned all our friends that were looking at Pulte a different direction.

I would never purchase another Pulte home due to our poor experience from start to present. We had a pleasant working experience with Wally and Kelly, however, the other individuals we’ve been in contact with haven’t cared about us or our needs to fix things and follow through. It’s been a horrendous experience that all of our friends and family are aware of and know to never buy a Pulte home. We now resent the experience so much and all that is still wrong with the home, we are not happy in it and want to sell.

Rushed house. Promised they would make it right. Have not fixed a single thing in over 90 days. Never should have signed for the house. Home owners shouldn't be pressured into signing papers on house until things are right. Pulte only seems to care about you until you close on your house, COVID is not an excuse. There are plenty of things to fix on the outside of the home.

From the beginning we felt as if we were getting a raw deal. When we came to pick out the lot and house we were on a time crunch and had only two days to make a decision. The sales team was nice and they drove us around to look at lots and the property. We got back to the office where we chose a lot and chose a style of home and chose all the structural choices. Buying a home from Pulte has been a nightmare. Since the loan process in which the mortgage people where very rude and incompetent all the time to the builder with the completion of the home. Not only the list of things to fix before closing was not done by closing date as promised but it’s been more than a month and half since my closing and I am still fighting with them back and forth to get everything fixed and done. Still waiting for repairs, master bathroom mirror, fan switch in the master and family room and very unhappy with the baseboards there a 1/2” to 1” gaps from the door frames throughout the home. Some areas they did correctly but for the most part it looks terrible

Numerous lies from sales person. Pulte mortgage tried to take our money saying we Had to buy mortgage points Common areas look horrible and neighborhood pool that was promised to be complete spring of 2020still not built or even started. All the retention ponds holding water so mosquitos are horrible. Can’t play outside with little one at all. Still waiting to get an issue with hood vent in kitchen resolved after pointing out 4 months ago before closing. Do not build with Pulte.

Cannot trust the quality of Pulte homes and the service

What i feel is there is no QC or oversight after the contractors working on different parts of the home and the owner is responsible to find out those in 1 hour of walk through. This should not be the case for brand new homes, the bath tub was damaged, sink had scratches, the cabinet doors are rattling, wood flooring is chipped and stripped, brand new garage door opener making more noise then my previous 20 year old house, the weather strip on the garage door opener is stripped. The cabinets chip, nails protrude all over the carpet, incorrect granite or I must say no guidance on how the granite looks if we chose one. We never got our pre-construction meeting. Our neighbors have all the upgrades they wanted as they went one sales team member, when we asked for upgrades we were given a take it or leave it attitude. Purchase my home 43 days ago and i'm still waiting on maintenance issues to be completed. AT&T could not connect my internet because the holes they run the cables through are clogged up. Pulte has no urgency to fix issues once you have closed on your home. If things are not fixed or I am not contacted soon I will be making my 2nd BBB complaint. If I paid for a brand new home regardless the price I do not want to deal with issues right after closing.

I was the PM for essentially the entire project build. I was forced into the house saying if I didn’t close, I may not get the house for a while blaming COVID. The trades rushed to get the job complete and botched everything. I’ve been in the house only 2 months and I’ve had EVERY trade come out, at least once, for one reason or another: - Forgot security system entirely - Botched entire electric plan and wasn’t caught until I said something right before drywall (delayed the project weeks) - Had to regrade about 60% of lawn due to sitting water and lack in grading - Chipped tile - Bathroom ...

I have all the pictures that prove that our house doesn’t meet the requirements of quality that Pulte sells or offers to their clients. After careful decision of which builder to purchase our retirement home and Pulte with good reputation we were very disappointed. From sales to home building supervisors. The home was delivered very poor with so many things to fix. With spending too much on options and they were not in excellent condition. The luck of communication to make the homeowner feel assure is definitely not there. We have to do the follow up ourselves and hope that it’ll be taken care of.

Pulte was the worst experience ever from the time we started to the time we closed. The communication throughout the entire process was horrible. The only ones who were great was the design center. Our person who was in charge of the house during the process of it being built was Jackson. He failed many times at communicating things to us, fixing issues we had and staying on top of the workers. A couple of times when we came by during the build the workers had their children while bricking our house and then the end result of the brick on our house is now being fixed after being fixed 3 times ...
