Patrick was a superb salesman answered all questions. Joe was excellent construction manager who explained and showed the details of the mechanical parts of the house.

We found a house in the early stages of construction and felt it would meet our needs. From that point on we dealt with the various members of the Pulte team, including the mortgage financing, insurance and closing agent to get a great house. Sales rep and construction manager worked with us and answered all our questions and made the deal happen. We are very pleased.

From the initial stages to the completion of the process, Josh has been exceptionally informative about the intricacies of the construction, instilling in me a great deal of confidence in my decision to purchase the home. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to guide me through every step of the way.

All three of these professionals were a joy to work with!

The Pulte Team at Potomac Shores Town Center is top notch! The stage was set by Jennifer, the sales person and followed up by an excellent experience with John, the project manager. I can not say enough good things about this team!! Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and she had impecable attention to detail throughout the entire buying process-she is a true advocate on the buyer side and great representative of Pulte (a perfect pairing). John carried the good service through to the construction phase. Going above and beyond to take care of questions, concerns, items and even addressing an item on his day off after the closing had already occurred!! Our first tie building a house. Pulte provided a great experience from buying to building. Our on site super is great to work with. We were kept well informed throughout the construction process.

Although the home building process can be stressful. Was there to work with us through many of the stressful situations. They were accommodated and responsive to all of our requests and needs.

We have enjoyed working with Pulte more than we anticipated. Often, building and buying a home is stressful or the process experiences delays. Our experience with Pulte has convinced us that maybe building and buying a home can actually be a pleasant, even enjoyable experience. We have appreciated the honesty, responsiveness to our questions, the flexibility and understanding of our unique life as US Government employees who travel frequently, and the quality of workmanship and craft in the trades responsible for building the home. The construction manager and Pulte representative were always on the same page. The construction manager was brief but generous with his time. The inspections found only minor issues that were often resolved before the inspection report was submitted. I would definitely seek out a Pulte build for future investment or home-buying opportunities. I would also recommend Pulte to other government employees with unique lifestyles, as it is not often that realtors/builders understand the lifestyle and the impact of it on the home building and buying process, particularly the timelines we work under and the need to plan years ahead and do business from overseas. ... We had a good experience with everything, Mary and Chad were very attentive. If we had any questions or concerns they were answered or rectified.

Everyone involved was personal and professional. They were always responsive to questions and/or concerns we had. They kept us informed through the entire process.

This was my first home purchased in USA. As a Mexican inmigrant, I had little to no idea how all the process worked, but all the team at Pulte made it so easy and straightforward. I really felt safe in their hands.

We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes! From the start, the Pulte agent (Conor) provided us with all the detailed information we needed to make the decision to purchase. The remainder of the build experience was timely, and managed seamlessly by our construction manager John. He was truly our advocate during the build process and has continued to follow through with us even after closing! We are so happy with the quality and beauty of our new home!

My wife and I are very pleased with the support of all aspects of Pulte. From the planning process before the build, the consultation with the home decorator, and the regular updates along the build process from the Construction Manager. Everyone took an intimidating process and made it exciting and fun!
