We were out of State the entire build. Cody the project manager called us once a week and did a FaceTime walk through with us. He pointed out all the build as it progressed. We found a few things that needed attention when we moved in and Cody sent the particular repairmen to solve the problem in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our Pulte Home

In general, we love the house very much, and the whole construction process was going well and smoothly, I am very satisfied with the builder’s performance! and the quality of the house!

Building/buying a home can be a trying time, but all the folks at Pulte made is a very smooth and successful process. From Lee & Carol on their sales force to Noelle & Jevon in their mortgage company then Jennifer in their Title Co. then on to Eric (the best Builder EVER) and finally on to Stephen & Sandra in their customer care office, Pulte has the best people on board to expedite, explain, and ease your home buying experience. This is the second Pulte Home I've purchased, and I love it.

Both Mary(s), Sales Consultants, were extremely easy to work with and provided exceptional guidance from Purchase/Sales to Closing. Kris and Sean, Senior Construction Managers, were informative throughout the construction phase and walk through and no question was to elementary for them to answer. Comments or concerns were addressed on timely and professional manner. Pulte offers a turn key solution on purchasing/building your dream home.

Over all my experience is great, only thing is mortgage part little hassle, they keep asking me pay stubs proof, I don’t have it, because it was direct deposit, bank statements seems not count for them, anyway, the house is beautiful and I love the design and materials.

Pulte homes are beautiful and quality, the construction manager takes his time to explain everything to your understanding, he’s a good listener, above all pulte homes are the best.

I have an excellent experience all through my home building process with Pulte Homes. The sales representative and the VP sales were very friendly and experienced. The staff member that attended to me during my visit to the Pulte Homes Studio where I selected my home materials and fittings was friendly , experienced and shared in-depth thought about each material and fitting. I also have excellent experience with the mortgage team and construction team. I received timely progress updates from the mortgage and construction teams. The work quality is excellent and completion time to handover was as planned during the pre-construction meeting with my house construction manager. Overall the buying experience with Paul was very smooth. He was very responsive to questions and feedback during the sales process. When things transitioned over to construction, our CM Rob was also very helpful and flexible given we were living out of state. After moving in Rob made sure everything was as we designed it and any issues were remedied. CS Rob had been also very responsive to new issues we have found after living here for a little over a month and ensured that they are getting addressed.

I started buying home with very little experience in the market but Pulte group provided all the necessary details and confidence that I can buy a home. I was so happy seeing our home after the finish, it is not just beautiful but built with quality materials. Thank you Pulte Homes.

Great staff and amazing home

On my first visit to view the Sonoma Oaks property I met Maggie, who couldn't have been more professional. Maggie continues to send me updates and is helpful in my queries in regard to my newly purchased Pulte Home. I sold my family home that I resided in for more than 27 years in May 2023. I moved into my Shangri Lai Sonoma Oaks in October 2023. The home is magnificent great quality and beautiful upgrades for the price. I'd like to mention Hazel as part of the builder's team, I would have to rate Hazel as 5 stars across the board. Hazel goes above and beyond what you would expect the builder's team to be. She is always working hard and is never impatient with the many questions or issues I present to her. If Hazel does not have the answer at the time, she will within no time at all. So many details are coming at you at one time in the process of moving into a new home. With that being said Hazel was like a bright light for me going over already answered questions with the patience of a saint. It was a complete delight to work with the entire Pulte Team: Maggie in Sales, Reggie Builder Team and of course Hazel the hardest working young woman in the builder Team.
