I don't think I would ever go with Pulte Homes again in my life. The buying and building process was okay. I'm very very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and materials used in the home even with everything upgraded. I feel like I overpaid by a lot compared to the value I received in the home. Most of the items marked to get fixed during the final walkthrough were not fixed as they had only kept 2 day window between the final walkthrough and the closing. Quality of workmanship is above average, but there are definitive flaws with the angles of the walls and doors. There are many walls and doors that are crooked and bowing right now (before settling). Our interiors doors were poorly installed; some simply don't latch properly, others latch with effort. One of our initial concerns is that we had three construction managers. We have somewhere around 100 footprints on our driveway from workers with concrete on their boots! We have dead plants because they were installed and not watered until after 3 weeks! We have tile in the shower that looks like a first grader installed it !The pocket door to that bath is 1 inch wider at the bottom of the frame than the top of the frame! There is a column it the hallway that is at least 1 inch out of square! That is what we paid too much for in this home! Not the quality we expect for the price we payed

To many things wrong at closing for the money we paid. Shotty workmanship on alot of different trades within the home. 6 weeks after move in, many of the fixes we have requested are still not fixed. Pretty obvious the trades do not care your home. Trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If they don’t have a part to something, they just leave it as is and move on to the next job. No accountability on the subs, the Pulte project managers need to do a lot better job holding the trades accountable. This is definition of over promise and under deliver.

Agent was not educated on PA content, nor had the ability to adjust PA to fit purchasers needs. Substance in the home is poor in quality and finishes that I feel should be improved. Response from construction manager was perfect. However he seemed to be limited to what could be corrected and improved on. Again, finishes by Pulte should be improved on so that new owners are not immediately putting thousands of dollars into finishing appropriately. Site manger just let anything pass once we moved in we found a lot of thing wrong and brought up to building manager let warranty handle it they will fix it we had 67 items on the list they have to come back and fix and a few of the item they had to come multiple times to fix

while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

The build quality and finish is below expectations. I never expected this from pulte and will not recommend friends to buy a home built by them. A new home doesn’t look new it looks like construction team was tried to complete this project asap.

Home wasn't completed during the timeframe given, and there was never any communication from Pulte unless I initiated it. Excuses were the norm during the process, and even after I'm still waiting on things to be resolved!

Had our construction manager quit 2 weeks before our house was supposed to close and realized he hadn’t cared for weeks. Had so many things wrong at our walk through. Pushed closing back a few days. Still have multiple thongs on the outside wrong. Dishwasher has never worked, still waiting in parts. Water heater was broke from the electrical people turning it on without water. Still waiting for cabinets to be fixed for the 2nd time.

First of all, my experience with Hector, the construction manager was GREAT! He exemplifies the outstanding customer service and responsiveness of a true professional. My experience went downhill from there. There were (and still are) a dozen items on the punch list that have not been addressed by the customer service team. Quite frankly, the attitude of these customer service facing individuals is very apathetic. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. The whole process took too long and communication was an issue all through the process. Issues were never communicated as highlighted from the beginning and all the building stages meetings were not scheduled as prescribed in the building process. Numerous errors were discussed at the end of the process. Lastly, the lawn was not properly down. There are multiple pot holes that collect water when it rains.

We. Loses escrow on our new home at the end of November 2022. This property was bought as investment property and we immediately listed it for rent. We were fortunate to find a qualified renter who agreed to move into the home at the end of December. Three days after moving in, the half bathroom toilet on the second floor backed up . Atleast in my case, i don't think this is the right value for the price i paid. Firstly my house backyard is main road facing and there is no fence provided, typically it should have been provided. After waiting over 14 months for our home, it was not up to what we expected. The cost was over a million dollars. I am happy to send photos of all the things we had to deal with when moving in and we are still dealing with. The contractors who worked on our home were subpar. It's almost embarrassing to show our family and friends. This was my second build with Pulte. I should of known.

Original closing date missed by 3 months, house still not finished when closed (window screens missing, trim paint not finished). Warranty is very slow to fix issues...waiting 2 months for homescreens. Had to pull credit 2 times because original closing date severely missed.

The good - Attentive and cooperative Sales team, decent project and construction managers, excellent team in lending department. The Bad - Really poor quality construction and craftsmanship. Too many issues with the house. Pulte outsources most of the construction to 3rd parties and they do a terrible job. Home inspector caught a lot of serious problems. A lot of things pasted inspection in my house and was not complete. My refrigerator is damage. I still don’t have my light fixtures. No head on my pipe out back. Door installed incorrectly and still not fixed. Touch up paint do not match on the outside. I really expected better.
