Crooks...the only way to describe them. The only saving grace has been our construction manager - Ali. He is responsive and explains things. Pulte's policies are ridiculous. Also Pulte Mortgage is nothing but a bunch of scam artists.

Unfortunately, I spent almost $700K and have had so many issues with my house. The build manager Brian that we had did not fix anything that we addressed before we moved in. Now we are forced to take time off work to get issues that were part of our third-party inspection fixed. When you do get warranty fixes submitted the contractors do not show up without a call and if they show up they do horrible work because there is no quality control done by Pulte. I have recently put in a warranty request that requires 17 different contractor companies to come back to my house and address issues. ...

SOOOOOO many issues. Not only with poor craftsmanship and materials, but with Pulte Mortgage and Title too. My recommendation: CAREFULLY review your Settlement Statement as well as EVERY detail in your home BEFORE signing ANYTHING. As things stand, Pulte under paid me $1,188 in property taxes. Given I took title 5 days before the end of 2024 I didn’t think much of Pulte crediting me $1383 for 2024 taxes. That is until I learned the taxes for 2024 were $2,571. When we purchased we made it very clear to Sales contact that we can't move before Feb 25 and for sure in 2024. Sales contact was very confident that house won't be complete in 2024 and it takes 8-12 months . We have written communication also Pulte pushed us to close in Dec 2024 citing binding contract . They pitch high quality workmanship, but the product ends up actually being low quality and they don't care to fix it. They stand behind their contracts and legal jargon to justify houses falling apart from year 1.

Still long way to go for the quality improvement and responsiveness. Strong impression that your goal is just to get an approval signature without listening to the customers' issues afterwards. We we able to purchase a spec home, we were able to see it from the framing stage and on. The framing seemed completed with quality. Builder team and construction manager were very impressive with their responsiveness. Sales person was extremely pushy and arrogant, always thinking highly of himself. Pultes construction quality is subpar, there is a lot of rattle and shaky parts in this house. Regret going with this builder, mistakes were made.

I loved the design and quality of the model home. However, what I received was quite the opposite. The construction team appeared to focus only on cost and timing. The quality of workmanship was less than poor both external and internal. Issues that were identified at the walkthrough were not corrected. The internal painting is horrific. We had a bad experience with Pulte. We have walked into Pulte Sales office with specific requirements (lots with flatter backyard) and was routed to the available lots saying the requirements are met with those lots. The lots were considerably flatter when we signed the contract. To my surprise, just a week before closing they made it so steep that all we have is less than 25% usable backyard. We feel like we have been deceived and cheated. We invest our hard earned money to get this outcome. It is not just me, there are several others who have this issue. I would not recommend Pulte.
