Great staff and amazing home

On my first visit to view the Sonoma Oaks property I met Maggie, who couldn't have been more professional. Maggie continues to send me updates and is helpful in my queries in regard to my newly purchased Pulte Home. I sold my family home that I resided in for more than 27 years in May 2023. I moved into my Shangri Lai Sonoma Oaks in October 2023. The home is magnificent great quality and beautiful upgrades for the price. I'd like to mention Hazel as part of the builder's team, I would have to rate Hazel as 5 stars across the board. Hazel goes above and beyond what you would expect the builder's team to be. She is always working hard and is never impatient with the many questions or issues I present to her. If Hazel does not have the answer at the time, she will within no time at all. So many details are coming at you at one time in the process of moving into a new home. With that being said Hazel was like a bright light for me going over already answered questions with the patience of a saint. It was a complete delight to work with the entire Pulte Team: Maggie in Sales, Reggie Builder Team and of course Hazel the hardest working young woman in the builder Team. Pulte built us an excellent quality home at a very good price. They were done right when they said they would be. We are now living in our dream home! Thank you Pulte!

Patty Johnson and Edward (construction manager ) were always very helpful!!!! My family and I love the house and how it was constructed with care. Great design for living. At first thought it weird laundry was upstairs but now I love it.

Lashay was great in sales. She answered all of our questions and took extra time to show us features and even another model that our sister in AZ was interested in. Lashay also provided a huge assist with a PulteCould not have asked for any more from her.

From start to finish the Pulte team took great care of us. The home is well constructed and the finish work detail was high. The subcontractors seemed to care as much about the home as Pulte. I enjoyed every aspect of dealing with them and would recommend you build with Pulte.

I am not a first time home buyer so I have some reference point to compare. I would say just like any new home I experienced some issues however Pulte staff has been really helpful. Ashley on the team made everything possible everything that was promised. Chris and Nathaniel has also also been very active and helpful in resolving the issues we faced. And I am hopeful that our pending issues will also be fairly resolved. I look forward to working with Pulte in the future too.

Pulte exceeded my expectations on all levels. The workmanship and craftsmanship of the home are amazing. The few minor issues we have had were quickly taken care of by the Pulte team. Special thanks to Moises who has been fantastic throughout the entire process.

We absolutely love our new home. Our house is such good quality and so beautiful. We came to Nexton in need of a move-in ready home due to a very bad experience with a different builder in another neighborhood. We met Meghan and she was like a ray of sunshine who immediately helped us find the beautiful Pulte home that we are now living in. The quality of this house is head and shoulders above the one we had been waiting on that was being built. We have had one issue with the house since moving in and the Construction Manager, Ryan, immediately showed up to take control and make sure it was made right. Great experience, beautiful home.

Sydney did a great job as our construction contact. She was very attentive and always made our priorities her priorities. Thanks Sydney for making the process much more enjoyable!

We couldn’t be any more happy with our new home from Pulte. From the start they are upfront about costs, choices, and answered any questions we had about the community we were buying into. Personally our home took almost a year and a half to build from signing to closing. That however was during the post Covid supply chain shortages so delays were to be expected and Pulte did there best idea to when it might be completed. Build Quality is great. We got to watch each week what was being done and you can tell little details such as using spray foam behind electrical outlet boxes so they don’t wiggle or have any give in them later once the drywall is up. A little thing but coming from a house before that when you would go to plug in a cord and the outlet would move/ bounce and thinking that was normal and now having a new quality home I appreciate the small things. Now that we are in our new home Inevitably things will come up. Pulte when you move in goes over your new home top to bottom as well as leaves you a welcome packet with vendors names and numbers and if issues do arise you can call them directly or if you choose you can call pulte to help but it seems simpler to just cut out the middle man and use the vendors. They are quick to come out and address any issues that come up. I have had to call for a plumber due to finding a small leak under the sink, I took a look and could see it was a faulty gasket. Called our plumber on the paperwork and they were out within a day or two and fixed the issue no issues about a bill or just had to sign a paper saying they completed the job and it was sent to pulte. I say that because its NOT a pay us and then send this in for a reimbursement type thing, no just sign here no bills, no issues. So from start to finish I couldn’t be happier about our experiences with Pulte. I recommend then to anyone looking for a quality home at a fair price. ... Más
