We have experienced many issues that are concerning to say the least. We are 45 days post close and we still have many items that have not been addressed on our punch list prior to closing. When we closed on our house, the home had a lot of areas still to fix which they assured us would be addressed. We pointed out items many weeks prior to close which were not done until weeks after close. A lot of cosmetic issues including trim work, paint. Issues with chips in cabinets, flooring. Stay away from Pulte!

Our brand new Pulte home is one of the most cheaply built, poorly constructed homes I have ever owned. I would NEVER buy a Pulte home again. Cookie-cutter, unimaginative design, poor use of space. Home Depot light fixtures, hardware, cabinetry, carpeting and flooring. Paint is so thin I can see drywall underneath it. Numerous unfinished rough-cut wood that was simply painted over. This home is easily $250K over-priced. Horrible!

This is my 4th experience with a new build and I would have to say that it was the worst of the bunch. Much of this may the project manager’s blame but a lot of it isn't. Let’s start with the home’s backyard. About 3 months into the build process we were informed that 2ft of our (already small) 10ft yard would be taken up with a retaining wall. This ended up being 5ft of our yard. Plus, around the time that the retaining wall was completed, maybe 5-6 months into the build, they informed me that they would also be putting a railing around the Patio because they didn’t dig deep enough ...

Worst home for the dollars spent

Sales person Charmaine was great. Not so much after that. All of the people I have dealt with say they will help and please rate us with high marks yet they don’t follow thru with items unless you bug them to no end. Our plumbing totally backed up after 3 days. That should have been an indication what we were In for. Iam sure now they will be even less responsive.

Rushed process, poor build quality, customer experience process not in line with house prices. The builder has lost their premium touch, but not their premium prices. House materials, lack of quality assurance processes, poor customer communication, and a clunky warranty process certainly left a poor experience. Would not buy again.

We were out of state buyers. Our closing date was not flexible. Our house was rushed to finish and the shotty work relected that. I do hope the warranty rectifies the many issues but in my opinion somethings just can't be fixed or in Pulte language caulked!

I have to say that my experience with Pulte overall was below average. My home was delayed and at the end of the process Pulte rushed to finish my home. The rush to finish resulted in poor craftsmanship and minor damage all throughout the home. We hope that at the conclusion of our first year that Pulte makes good on their promise of our “dream home” experience.

Pulte May be the leading builder in the nation but the experience in building the house and the quality they deliver is poor. I felt I paid premium price and got a not impressive product. Overall I give you a D. You just want to sell homes. The home we purchased had several issues. We had the hardest time getting these concerns addressed. Some of your employees just don’t bother answering their phone calls/texts or returning either. Your mortgage/title, and insurance company is a joke. The incompetence was staggering. Not sure why I bothered with this as corporate greed has taken over. Nothing will change.

The buying experience was alright, we were disappointed in our inability to select options in our home that were pre selected by the builder. This required us to pay extra for features we would not have chosen and to forgo completion of additional features we would have included. Did lot of follow up before closing . Still things are pending for fix which was committed on email to be fixed by field manager . Still it’s open . I never recommend anyone . Rushed & failed home completion

Quality of workmen ship and materials used were not even up-to the mark. Construction managers had no control on the contractors. They just do things on their own. I would say, they deployed some freshers to do the job and they did what they can do. Most of the items in the house had issues. They tried masking these up during the walkthrough.
