La calidad de nuestro nuevo hogar está por debajo de la media. Después de mudarnos, notamos que 2 paredes en el medio de nuestra casa ni siquiera están cerca de ser rectas. Están programados para ser reparados, pero como estaban ocupando la casa ahora, será un gran inconveniente. Nuestra unidad de aire acondicionado no estaba cableada correctamente y se cortó, dejándonos sin aire mientras más de 100 afuera y cuando se reparó, era casi 90 en nuestra casa. Teniendo en cuenta que acabamos de perder nuestra casa en un incendio, la posibilidad de tener otro incendio era preocupante. Cuando nos mudamos descubrimos que las válvulas de agua en ambos baños estaban instaladas al revés y no tuvimos agua caliente durante 3 días. Parece que hay poca atención a los detalles. La casa ni siquiera estaba limpia cuando tomamos posesión. Incluso quedaron clavos y escombros en nuestro patio trasero. No compraríamos otra casa Pulte. ... Más

4 meses y medio después del cierre, todavía no tengo mi sistema de riego ni mi jardín instalado. Horrible servicio al cliente lleno de amenazas, pero no cumplen con nada a lo que se comprometen. Usé Pulte Title y no pagaron el seguro al cierre, aunque dicen que el cheque debe haberse perdido en el correo. Nunca compraré otra casa Pulte. ¡¡¡MANTENTE ALEJADO!!!

Hola, fui una de las primeras personas en cerrar una casa inteligente en Pulte y el desarrollo Altus at the Quarter de Georgia Power. Desafortunadamente, las grandes esperanzas que tenía para mi nuevo hogar fueron golpeadas severamente debido a mi horrible experiencia con el cierre de mi nuevo hogar. Como asunto inicial, me presionaron para cerrar la venta de mi antigua casa antes de tiempo para poder cerrar mi casa Pulte a tiempo. Por lo tanto, trabajé con mi comprador para adelantar la fecha de cierre a mayo, ya que me informaron que mi nueva casa estaría lista para cerrar a fines de mayo. Como resultado de esta demora de último minuto, mi prestamista no pudo realizar un trámite rápido, actualizar los documentos de financiamiento y financiar el préstamo para esa misma tarde (7 de junio de 2019). De una manera realmente decepcionante y molesta, el abogado de cierre de Pulte se negó a proporcionarnos a mí y a mi prestamista la hora adicional que sería necesaria para cerrar el día 7 (nos pidieron a mi corredor y a mí que nos fuéramos a las 4 pm a pesar de que mi prestamista les hizo saber los fondos estaban en proceso de ser transferidos). Como resultado de esta acción, el cierre fue reprogramado para el lunes 10 de junio y Pulte me cobró un viático diario para el viernes y todos los días de ese fin de semana, lo que me obligó a pagar más de $ 1600 antes de que me entregaran las llaves de la casa. (esto además de los gastos que pagué por la vivienda temporal debido a las demoras de Pulte en el cierre de la transacción). Me comuniqué con el equipo de ventas y la gerencia de Pulte y no recibí absolutamente NINGUNA acomodación sobre este tema, a pesar del hecho de que mi familia y yo habíamos sido extremadamente complacientes con ellos a la luz de los retrasos en el cierre y los problemas del certificado de ocupación. Decir que esto fue decepcionante sería quedarse corto. Básicamente, me vi obligada a entrar en una situación en la que podía pagar estos viáticos o quedarme sin las llaves de mi casa, todo debido a retrasos que no eran culpa mía. Esto envenenó por completo mi experiencia final, y lo que se suponía que iba a ser un momento de alegría me dejó sintiéndome aprovechado. No me quejé de mi necesidad de un hotel y los otros gastos en los que incurrí como resultado de las demoras de Pulte. Desde entonces supe que a una de mis vecinas que también tuvo la misma experiencia se le reembolsaron sus gastos de vivienda temporal debido a las mismas demoras que enfrentó (vive al lado en el Lote 47). En conjunto, esta fue la peor experiencia de cierre que he tenido. Esperaba que esta fuera la casa de mis sueños, pero comenzó como una completa pesadilla, y este problema ha sido ignorado y no se ha abordado por completo, con Pulte culpando a mi prestamista en lugar de reconocer su papel en este atolladero. La experiencia del proceso de hipoteca y título fue excelente. Pude obtener respuestas a mis preguntas de manera oportuna. Eso no es cierto con el servicio al cliente con su capacidad de respuesta a los problemas. Cada llamada fue al correo de voz. No recibí devoluciones de llamadas ni de manera oportuna. Tendrá algunas cosas como no tener el aire acondicionado encendido o el calor que es frustrante. Tomó 3 semanas después de que me mudé para obtener un bote de basura. Esta era la responsabilidad de la hoa y su empresa de gestión contratada. ¿Qué iba a hacer el propietario del condominio en el ínterin? La experiencia de la mudanza debe manejarse mejor. Mala calidad para una casa de 400 k, lo siento, pero estamos muy decepcionados con esta casa.

Buenos empleados pero mala compañía y calidad. Todavía raspando la pintura de los azulejos, muchos defectos en el trabajo de pintura, los cajones no cierran correctamente, problemas eléctricos (las luces de la cocina no funcionan después de 3.5 semanas de uso), la lavadora no funciona correctamente (parte del trato) ... la lista continúa. Cometí un error al comprar una casa nueva de PULTE. Me encanta el vecindario, pero me había ido con un constructor diferente.

El gerente de campo ignora nuestra solicitud de reparación, estamos muy molestos por su actitud hacia los clientes.

Pulte es una calle de un solo sentido al no y está completamente fuera de la construcción de profundidad en Las Campanas.

Tuve varios problemas con mi casa y el trabajo está en marcha para solucionar todos estos que deberían haberse solucionado antes del cierre.

We have had a really bad experience with Pulte Homes and wishing now we hadn't bought it. Terrible quality, bad tradesmen, pushy construction managers, sub-par quality and workmanship. Majority of blue taped items weren't completed, after closing ll these items are time consuming to be handled. Trades come into fix their issue but are so sloppy that they damage other stuff and don't care about the property. Flooring trade came into fix soft spots in master bathroom, removed doors and put back pretty badly. There is metal cranking noises under sub-floor, LVP floor has ton of soft spots, neighboring unit that sold recently, got all new LVP, while we are stuck with low quality installed LVP floors. Construction Managers are pushy, sloppy pushing to close with open issues. Warranty team is hard to work with except Angela Z, who has been helping us to her best. Their trades don't care about property, come by the main door charge their device and to top blow their nose and wipe it off the main entrance, all on the Ring camera. Very disappointed. ... Más

Do not trust these people. The sales team lies. The building manager lies. All people lie and they communicate horribly. I hope this is shared.

When we first coming everything great. During the time building the House it a lot issues- problems going on and very stressful to due with ….. After closing some projects they not done correctly. I’m talking with Manager builder but not been done until now! They said will fix that’s! Do that’s ….. after 2 1/2 months since we moved in . It not done!!!!!

Overall buying experience was not great. We voiced our concerned with the boss on site (Darrian) and were told things will be done on time. The day we closed wasn’t really a “celebration” when we arrived to do our final walk of the home we found guys working on the roof, driveway was a mess, garage was a mess, painting wasn’t complete inside the home, we voiced our concerned about the temp difference between upstairs and downstairs and that wasn’t resolved, took forever for hot water to arrive throughout the entire home and he thought that was normal. So many other things went wrong and the overall buying experience was a complete disappointment to say the least. For Pulte not to have a “finish” product the day you close on your biggest purchase of your life is embarrassing. They had more than plenty of time to complete this home and make it a wonderful experience but they chose not too. Darrian has to learn to babysit grown adults and learn to verify if things are being done on time. He also has to take criticism and learn how to communicate better. Because he is the boss on site, he is responsible to make sure customers are satisfied and he failed. I wish him the best of luck and success in the future but he needs to be re-trained at his job. We just feel like we were let down when we shouldn’t have been because we tried to communicate and stay on top of things with everyone. The home inspection uncovered numerous problems, but they haven't addressed a single one. Many issues remain unresolved; they're simply stalling for time. If I had to choose again, I would absolutely not buy a house from this developer; they are absolutely terrible. I would also not recommend them to any of my friends.

Having owned homes from several other builders in the Bay Area, this was my first experience with Pulte, and it has been deeply disappointing. The sales team provided poor communication and a lack of guidance throughout the process. Even the key handover was impersonal, with no agent present. Furthermore, the construction quality is subpar compared to competitors; specifically, the driveway concrete is so poorly finished that cement washes away when watered. I would advise other buyers to be cautious before choosing Pulte.

Careful when purchasing a home with Pulte Homes in Bison Ridge…. Stay AWAY from RUBEN he is only interested in selling you a house and he will make you fill like he understands you and he will make you feel like he will go all the way with you, but if you bring a realtor things shift for the worst you will NEVER hear from him again not even to show his face and congratulate you for purchasing a new home. We had so many issues, I went back and forwarded with another pulte sales manager (GARY) and instead of making this BETTER for the client he just made excuses and did not do anything about it. I requested to speak with someone higher to make myself be hearted about ALL the situation that had happened and EVEN the VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING (Brad) did NOTHING!!! SO lets say I just stopped trying to be heard and be completely DISAPPOINTED of PULTE HOMES REPRESENTATIVES and I am just passing the voice… if you buy a house with PULTE make SURE you are being heard before and AFTER the closing. ... Prior to purchasing a new home in Oakwood, my Husband and I owned 4 previous homes ( a combination of new construction and resales built by various national builders). Unfortunately, the home we purchased from Pulte was horribly built and now is posing significant safety concerns. Please reconsider building with Pulte Homes.

Im disappointed in quality of homes in few scenarios where paint work is done very badly, there was water leakage as soon as we moved, there was a bump on a wall, there were lot gaps between dry wall and doors, doors are not aligned with frame. whole climbing stairs wall is not smooth I mentioned it multiple times but builder didn't try to fix it. Mortage consultant where I was highly disappointed

Extremely dissatisfied, I am furious about the fact that the floor was not protected, all tyles are scratched Kitchen countertops are chipped 2 months since closing i have not been able to setltle

Overall Pulte home buying was a terrible experience filled with uncertainty n disappointment. Other than the construction guys on the property, everyone was uncooperative starting from sales, mortgage personal to the final handover. After the possession of the property, every issue I had was treated like “it’s a YOU problem”.

I would not recommend this builder. The overall quality of work was disappointing, with several issues that should not happen in a professional build. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like concerns were not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. And the final result did not meet expectations. For such a significant investment, you expect attention to detail, reliability, and accountability — all of which were lacking here. I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and considering other builders before making a decision.

Within the first week after moving in, the AC system did not work, leaving us without cooling. It took significant effort to get attention to the issue. There were also structural changes made without proper approval, which is very concerning for a new construction home. Communication with Pulte has been extremely poor. We sent emails requesting help and clarification but received little to no response. The build quality is also below expectations for a new home: • The exterior color communication was incorrect, which spoiled the overall look of the house. • Gutters were left filled with construction debris. • Walls are uneven and the texture/paint quality is very poor, clearly visible to the naked eye. • The garage door does not close properly, and we were told it happens because of the sun and that we should manually close it in the afternoon, which is not an acceptable explanation. • Hot water issues occurred, and the initial response was simply that electric heaters are not good.
