When building our last home Pulte provided us with the best experience. When we decided to relocate and found another Pulte community there was no second guessing on the quality and experience we would be delivered upon completion. We truly love our home and are so happy!

Every step of the way from model home walk thru to getting the keys to our new home was easy and fun. Our initial meeting with Victoria was great! She was very patient with all our questions, took the time to explain everything, and did not pressure us in any way. Walking through the model homes showed the high quality that Pulte Homes had to offer. Then meeting with Victoria, deciding on the specs and signing the initial contract was super easy! We received emails and communication along the entire way letting us know what the next steps would be. Meeting with the Design Center to pick out everything from carpet padding to door handles to kitchen counter tops was probably the most fun of the whole experience. Getting to decide all the small details that went into designing and building our home was an awesome experience! Our sales consultant was very patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything and even show us how different materials would impact the final cost. Keith, our construction manager was THE BEST throughout the whole process. Answering questions, no matter how small or big, very quickly, even sending picture updates along the way! Meeting with Keith for the walk they’d was extremely informative and all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed, making us know that our home was being well taken care of. Signing the final documents was quick, everything was explained in great detail so we walked away with all questions answered. Purchasing, designing, and moving into our new Pulte Home was the best experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. Troy and Damon did an Outstanding job Complying with my needs. They stayed in constant contact with me as far as update on my home. It was a very pleasant Experience getting to know them. Damon was Exceptional in addressing the issues I had in Regards to my 30 day follow up. Pulte should be proud to have such quality employees that are very passionate and dedicated to their customers.

Very friendly and helpful in the process

Finally in our newly built home, after a very long wait due to the pandemic and supply chain issues. We finally did settled with a building manager after going through 4 of them, but our last building manager Ralph was awesome. He and Brendan provided us extra personal customer service which was above and beyond. Ralph and Brendan answered all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable moving in. Lisa our Pulte sales rep also was amazing. She kept us in the loop on the status of the build and quickly corrected any issues we had. Her customer service and professionalism was beyond our expectations. In today's world, finding a company with great customer service is rare, so we were pleasantly surprised when we Ralph, Brendan and Lisa excelled at it. We are very happy with our newly built home and even with small details that will need to be fixed as we continue to settle in, we are rest assured that Pulte's great customer service will continue and they'll come through with ensuring we are good to go in all areas of our new home. My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our home in Bradley Creek. Cindy, our Sales Rep was wonderful and very helpful with the purchase of our home. She stayed in touch with us via text /phone regarding our home and was always willing to answer questions even on her days off. Cindy made our buying process as simple as can be and went the additional mile to assist us. We would also like to mention that Jack, our building manager was wonderful as well. Jack was friendly, very timely with responses to our questions, noticed items that need fixing and had them fixed, and was also very helpful in getting us to closing table. This was really appreciated as we were renting a home 2 1/2 hours south of Bradley Creek and our rental unit was about to expire leaving us no where to go. Both Pulte employees should receive KUDOS from upper management on their customer service. ... Más

Eric was amazing in everything in regards to the home.

For me and my wife the whole experience was great. From start to finish we were always notified on everything. We decided to use Pulte Mortgage as well, which helped out alot and worked with us throughout this process. As for the build in general the PM for my house was great always very informative on a weekly call.

This builder is very reputable and stands by their product. The site superintendent is very attentive to details which is important at all price points. The processes are top notch and execution of communication, follow up, and closing was flawless. The warranty is clear and fair. Highly recommend.

Everybody was very professional from the very beginning, and I was showing for homes, and I thought the last one shown I am very very very happy, and they seem to be taking very good care of me and all my needs. I feel very fortunate to work with this company and I think everybody else would feel the same. Thank you so much.
