Our sales agent was great she is the only person I could count on. She kept the deal together when the site manager and construction crews were screwing up the build. I could not believe or count on a single word said by anyone else. Starting with the plumbing right down to forgetting the brick on the facade. Issues were clearly visible and workmanship poor. Stone work was done 3 times and still looks bad. I beam columns off level. Crooked walls, fit and finish were poor. Poor siding trim work. Poor quality of workmanship. Woefully unhappy!

We purchased our home on line not even seeing a model home. The main item on our list was either a ranch style house or an owner suit on a main level . This is why we picked Hartwell model floor plan. Our primary suite not really a suite because of the size of our bathroom in particular...looks cramped not functional; there is not even a room to mount a towel holder. It's not the only reason of our disappointment. We flew from Denver, Colorado for our "Blue tape" walkthrough. Four people spent three and half hours to cover the house with blue tape. Not what we were promised

This was not a great experience. My first review was very in depth but it ‘drew business away’ but new home source wouldn’t post it because they are paid by the builders to host their information - just to be transparent. This was bad from start to finish it has been months since closing and many items are still not completed on our punch list. We do not have final occupancy from the village. It has been a struggle every moment of the way. Good Luck!

I have a 3 page list of poor quality material selections, poor installation, let alone poor house design issues, that has not been addressed in any timely or comprehensive manner since our closing on Aug 31, 2022 for our new home in Lazy K Bar Ranch. Can easily say that other than the scenic location and floor plan, this home purchase has been the worst of any of our 6 home purchases across the country, including new builds, during the last 40+ years of our lives. I have bad experience with Pulte Quality of Building

I am experiencing multiple heater issues in my new house 1) getting big noise while running heater multiple times in a day in Flex room as well as powder room. Pulte management saying it's as per quality, I did check with multiple Willwood house owners and they are not getting any noise. 2) we need to wait 3 to 4 minutes every time to get hot water in master bathroom so we are wasting 15 to 20 minutes of water every day before shower.

Horrible home buying experience

Right from the beginning, it was so tough to get any update from the construction manager. Target closing date Aug 2021 got delayed for 1 year. Finally closed in Aug 2022. Final walkthrough was a nightmare. They missed to put the window in one bedroom and got caught during inspection. They keep telling about staff shortage but it dint seem true since they are building scores of other houses in the same community. Construction manager didn’t bother to inform us of the status. We kept pushing to get the closing date and finally ended up paying sky high interest, only because of a careless ...

Beware of Pulte or any of their related co’s

Pulte DID NOT follow their own guiding principles: “Do the right thing”; “Compassion for the customer” or “Care about quality”. They bullied us into closing on a house that was Not “Complete, Clean or Move-In-Ready” They switch out appliances selected and paid for to lower level brand. A house that should look new looks like a 20 year old resale due to chipped floor tiles, chipped drywall corners, scratched doors, dented and gouged baseboard and trim, window, door, electrical and plumbing issues, too many more list.

The construction quality of the house is bad. The site managers are not diligent in their work and very difficult to communicate with. Apparently, this is the same view shared by most of the Pulte home buyers in my community. I would recommend looking for a different builder if their is an option to choose from.

Pulte Home Very Bad experience

They delivered the home with lots of issues. Pulte is not checking the basic construction quality prior to closing. Water was leaking from my pantry and Pulte took almost 1.5 months to fix. They installed wrong tile and still waiting to replace. Outside is horrible. Water and mud in my back, left and right of my home. Pulte is not giving any timeline to fix. They did not install the digital lock either and did not reimburse till now. I am very much frustrated with the build quality and response from Pulte.

Charging the highest price but doing the least possible

After we moved into the condo, we have experienced 1. two gas leaks 2. window water leaks 3. Shower sink leaks 4. missing part for the dish washer - customer care manager said he would give us the part but never did. 5. multiple dents in the garage floor - customer care said it's not a warrantable item. 6. hard to remove window stain - had to dissemble the window ourselves and clean 7. touch up paints so bad we will have to re-paint multiple walls 8. charge us an item on the contract($200) which is never done. Opened a work order more than 1 month ago, still no one has contacted us ...

They denied my prior submission for a review. Laughable. If I could give 0 stars I would. House was built with 0 care. Bathtub urinated in multiple times. Drinking on the job beer bottles everywhere..food trash etc..ac didn't work for a month and a half list goes on.

My new home has had nothing but very major issues since moving in. AC leak resulting in restoration, no hot water, bath tub leak, no electric in several rooms not to mention all the cosmetic issues. The workmanship of my house is disappointing at best. I will NEVER build with pulte again.

Don't BUY!!!! Very poor quality and they don't care. They promise the world and nothing but problems. Still waiting for things to get fixed.....no follow up on anything. I upgraded everything and the upgrades are cheap!!!!!! I can't imagine how cheap the standard items are. NOT WORTH THE COST AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
