From our Sales agent Mrs. Meniham and our foreman Mr. Short we could not have had a better experience. We had some issues like any new home does, but they were responsive and corrected them.

The whole experience was amazing, the variety of options, high quality materials, attention to details, sales team professionalism, and the end to end process with Pulte group made the experience so smooth.

Deron did an amazing job keeping us informed throughout the process. There were unexpected delays but we always knew about them and they were communicated on a timely basis. Shawn, our sales person was also responsive and communicated with us appropriately as well.

Ron was GREAT - very down to earth, honest, kept us informed. We were in good hands throughout the whole process.

Michael lead the project for building our new home and he was fantastic! He regularly checked in and made sure any and all issues were handled promptly. We had inspectors check the house out and they struggled to find any issues.

Very well built home with all the amenities. Thankful to our sales agent and support staff. It was a great process watching the home be built from the ground up, and moving into the home was very nice. Thanks Pulte!

It’s been a great joy and I’m grateful we bought a pulte home.

We recently moved into a new Pulte community in Rogers and we love our home so much! First off, the floor plan options are so much better than another other builders we toured. We have the Continental floor plan and the way the home flows is amazing. The perfect amount of space in the perfect places. We purchased a spec, and everything that was picked out for us looks so great together. I don’t know what we would have changed had we started from scratch. We had a few minor things we needed help with after moving in and we got such personalized care and help to get things fixed so quickly! The team is very helpful and fair and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Jelena has been the best agent in helping us out. She went over and beyond for us.

The homebuying and new build experience is not for the faint of heart and in life nothing is perfect, but when there were bumps in the road, I have to say Pulte came through with timely responses and solutions to the situations at hand. They worked and are working with me closely on solutions to everything that has come up. Like my sales rep would tell me when issues did arise. Remember Pulte wants happy homeowners when they move in so we will work with you and in the end that is what they did.

We had no problem at all with the construction of the home, the process, walk-throughs, and maintenance requests.

Our construction manager Daniel was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the entire building process. He alone warrants the 10/10 rating!

Van was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and friendly.

The home is great, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. 2nd floor landing is a good size and the open floor concept and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.

Very easy process and everything went smoothly

Overall, a great experience building a new home. I have heard horror stories about building a new build home but, we did not experience any problems. It was much quicker, from Dig date to move in date, than anticipated, only took 5 months. We love our beautiful home!

We were very pleased with our overall experience with Pulte and with the knowledge level of their staff!
