When I found the Pulte community of new townhouses in Sudbury Ma, I was so happy! We purchased on of the Ashton design, and we are so happy. Quality workmanship and the crew we delt with are super nice and very helpful. Value was also great for what we got. We would buy a Pulte home in a heartbeat in the future. Thank you for making our dream come true :)

Angel was exemplary. He kept us updated on everything including pictures every few months. He was truly a professional and we could not have been more pleased with him! We are very happy with our new home. We would highly recommend him for anyone building a home!

PULTE, home buying experience was made easy by the professionalism and friendliness of the PULTE agent Troy. Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered no problems at all for me highly recommend Pulte.

The construction was professional and up to industry standards and delivered with in the promised time. Eric did excellent job in keeping us informed and regular updates and helping us resolving any issues or explaining the process. Overall work was very professional. I will rate 10/10 for the whole construction process and execution.

Our construction manager Tucker was the best! He kept us informed from start to finish . Zach our salesperson was extremely helpful through the process working diligently with OUR lender. I would rte both of them 10 out of 10. As for the Pulte mortgage people I would rate them minus zero.

Dustin, Diane , and Allyson were always on top of issues, they replied to concerns in a timely manner, and they work well as a team. When you build you will always have issues come up. They did a fantastic job of fixing them. They are each experts in their field and do a wonderful job helping you figure out options for your home.

Our experience with Pulte from start to finish was excellent. Sales, mortgage, and construction manager were all great to work with and are very responsive.

With being a first time buyer had a lot of queries, they helped us throughout the process , it was a great experience working with Pulte. Ryan and Samantha are awesome.

We were searching a home long time in Plainfield area. We found some hut some of not enough some of was too old. Finally when i drive i cross with pulte office and everything changed that day. I think it was fate. We love model house and we got same. Thanks for all Pulte team from the begining to end.

We have bought many houses but this is the first time we have been overwhelmed with Putle's services before and after closing. Putle provided good quality materials, excellent floor arrangements and excellent support from their staff. Our house is located in a good area and thank you for Putle's expert selection of the area and the hard work of their organization . We recommend that all buyers invest their commitment and lifetime wealth with putle real estate. 5 stars from us.

We have built our last homes on our own. To have a quality builder take control of our new home was a God send. We are so happy and stress free . We are so happy with the quality and follow up from Pulte. Bill Pulte Senior would be so pleased that his son and team have maintained his vision. What a great Michigan based story. This is our 2nd new construction build with Pulte and they delivered us an incredible home that we couldn’t be happier with. The experience was smooth, they constantly kept us updated on the progress and every Pulte employee we worked with was fantastic. They have also been very responsive about getting any issues addressed in a timely manner.

The entire experience was outstanding. Both Mario and Jonny were on top of everything in lightning speed as the entire experience was a pleasure to do business with Pulte. Even once our home was closed, the terrific customer serve with their guy in the field (Windy, yes that's his name) is one of the most pleasant individuals to deal with. Now the constructive criticism which isn't all that much. Pulte has aligned themselves with a very good pool contractor. Regretfully, there is only one to select from and at sixty-seven years old and being multiple generation Floridian, this is the very first time that we have either purchased or built a home without a pool. The primary reason, the one pool contractor is extremely expensive and based upon the lack of pools built in HighPointe, I would give an educated guess, it is solely because the cost is well over 100k an abbreviated sized pool, not even a full size. A solution, have more than one contractor to select from. We would have gladly spent; 65k, 70k or even a little over 80k but our quote was over 110k for a base pool, absurd so we didn't do it but if there were more contractors to keep prices in check, it may have been a reality and we would be much happier new residents. New residents - upon our closing day of Sept 25, 2023, my wife and I were stunned there was absolutely nothing in the house. No thank note, no welcome note, no bottle of vino or champagne, not even a bouquet of flowers for my wife. Pulte is an outstanding company, but in my opinion, they could be even better with little things like this when someone buys a new home from Pulte. Besides those two issues which are very repairable if there is the desire, we have no complaints whatsoever even to the point that if presented, we would buy from Pulte again. ... Más

I must say, I never would have thought that Pulte would build such wonderful homes. I have purchased three new homes in the pass and from well know builders and none of them compared to Pulte. Best experience I have ever had. From the salesperson to the construction manager. They were all great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I love my new home now!

Sherri and Dave are great people. They were very helpful. And answer all my questions. And took care of anything’. I needed right away.

Pulte helped me the get the home finally... There were some un anticipated challenges, but pulte folks really helped me to get those issues resolved and make it clear route foe me.

Diane made me feel welcome and so comfortable as I never built a new home before. Her expertise and personal attention made the entire process exciting and comfortable. Dustin was also exceptional in keeping me informed of my building stages and what to expect and told me to come to my new build as often as I wanted. He quickly responded to my questions via email and was so thorough and pleasant on my few walk-throughs.

Pulte has a very streamlined process for buying and building a new home. I believe my home is high quality and love my model. The team is very easy to work with and responsive to any issues.
