Overall, a great experience building a new home. I have heard horror stories about building a new build home but, we did not experience any problems. It was much quicker, from Dig date to move in date, than anticipated, only took 5 months. We love our beautiful home!

Jack was Construction Manager. Was great also. Kept us informed Weekly on progress of house. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered also. Thank u both 4 helping us with our home. My husband and I purchased an investment property with Pulte Homes. The entire process was a great experience. The process was very informative. we were completely informed throughout the entire process. The entire process took about a year however, it was well worth it. The home is very spacious with lots of bedrooms and baths. Ryan communicated regularly and was.so patience with me. The home is beautiful, we are so happy we purchased with Pulte. satisfied customer!

Very good experience over all

We have built homes with several other builders (including one that claims to be a luxury builder) and this experience with Pulte Homes was so much more incredible for many reasons. First we bought this home as a quick move in prior to drywall and were able to get it inspected quickly. Chris was amazing in helping with any concern we found and getting it fixed. Please understand when you buy a home that they are built by humans so expect to find something that isn't perfect. Throughout the process we were treated with respect and any questions or concerns were answered or corrected very quickly every step of the process. Chris and his team went above and beyond throughout and after close made sure anything that was not correct, they made it right. When we closed and walked into our home it was a warm welcome as they took the time to make it look as best as possible. I would highly recommend if you want a solid built home with a team that takes pride in their workmanship, to build with Pulte. We are overly happy with the quality of our home and can trust this is a great investment. Sensational house, equipped and decorated. Indoor pool and game room in house 4057! Comfortable, clean rooms! Sensational club, with perfect restaurant infrastructure for sunny days in Florida!

Build manager Matt was awesome, really made our experience great. We’ve built before and he is by far the best we’ve encountered. House is solid.

From the first day we met our Pulte Sales rep, B, we were treated like VIPs. Every question answered. Every concern addressed. Every need fulfilled. We also used the Pulte Mortgage group, and the service there was equally great. We got a very good rate, and we are very pleased with the entire transparent process. After we moved in, the project Manager Mike has been incredibly helpful, and has quickly responded to our questions. Honestly, the Customer Service felt like what we used to experience decades ago. Pulte built our new home at Waterways in Richmond Hill, Ga. Our Construction Manager, Jerry Little, was excellent. We were 800 miles away while the home was being built but thanks to frequent phone calls, texts and photos it felt like we were watching the house be built. Jerry explained all of the quality features and processes Pulte uses to build their homes. All of our inspections went very well. We always felt that Jerry sweated every detail and we always felt he was building our home with the care and attention he would use if he was building it for himself. From the first sales encounter to the overview from Angel, our construction manager - they all made sure everything was clear and gone over!!

We had been looking for older homes for a while but after seeing the Townhomes at Legacy Isle it became clear that it was the better choice. And all of Pulte companies made the process so easy that it didn’t feel like the regular home buying process.
