This is a great community for everyone young family and older people, my daughter lives here in the community and Pulte build her house and she love her home that was build three years ago. High quality home and a great building experience

I simply can't say enough great things about Pulte. Right from sales agreement to keeping us posted through construction and closing, Pulte was all the way with us. The sales team (thanks Aimee and team) ensured that all my questions while Art, the construction manager ensured that he not only kept me in loop with all progress but also ensured that house is constructed to specs and to the quality and workmanship that we paid for. So far I have nothing negative to say but good things about Pulte Homes. Starting with their people: Steven and Mary. Also, about my realtor, Renee, she is an incredible human being. As per the construction, there are some things I would have had like different, nevertheless, they cannot please everyone. I have only lived in this community for 1 month, therefore, I cannot give much feedback. Its a beautiful community though.

Jonah has been instrumental in helping us transition to our new home. I appreciate his prompt responsiveness and professionalism. He’s very friendly and understanding.

We had a great new home build experience starting with the Devonshire sales office, construction team thru the title closing at Pulte. The development is stunning with its design layout, designated common areas are beautiful and high level of workmanship. We have only a few minor construction items to be corrected in our new home but overall the construction is of superior quality!

From Michael on the sales team, to the Pulte Mortgage team, to Jose as the site manager, everyone we have interacted with has been extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the finished product is everything we could have hoped for. We love our new home. We had a really great experience with the Builders at Pulte. They were prompt and very efficient. During the period of construction they were very prompt in keeping us informed about the entire process. They also helped us a lot in the moving process and were very professional and friendly.

It was a great experience with Pulte for our new Home. Throughout the process from sales, to construction, mortgage, and closing all the concerned people have provided me with great and complete information which was helpful in making decisions. All are experts in their respect areas from Pulte and helped me in whole of my buying , construction and mortgage and closing process.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a home with Pulte at Rocking K, and I must say that the entire experience, including the loan process with Pulte Mortgage, was absolutely amazing. From the initial stages of model and lot selection to the interior design process and finally witnessing the construction of the home until its completion, I was thoroughly impressed. We had overalll great experience with Pulte who had exceptional personal attention, outstanding communication, and clarity of the building process.

Experiencing Bob, as the construction manager, was a delight and he was great at getting the job done and fun to work with. I would recommend this community to friends and family because of our experience.

This new house in Marwood is the second one I bought from Pulte Homes. All the stuff here is very personal. Especially sales and property manager. They did great job.

We love our new home. We’ve had a great experience. Our contractor has gone above and beyond. He has responded to all our questions and addressed any concerns etc that we have had.

Both the sales team and construction manager have exceeded our expectations. This team was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have purchased 2 other new builds in the past and this has been our smoothest experience so far-even doing a lot of it from across the country.
