I was impressed with how organized all the departments were at Pulte; from sales, mortgage, builders, designers and closers. Whenever I had a question, I knew who to reach out and they were able to assist right away. Everyone met their deadlines and provided updates throughout the entire process. I overall enjoyed our experience with Pulte and look forward to living in our forever home for a long time.

The quality of the home is amazing. When I compared Pulte to other builders in the neighborhood, the quality was evident in Pulte homes. Response time for any issue have been quick and the repairs are quickly taken care of on my schedule. I would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone considering buying a new house and if I ever decide to move again I will use Pulte again in the future!

From the moment we visited the neighborhood, to the decision-making process, through sales and financing through Pulte Mortgage (they made it SUPER easy), we were able to qualify and close within 30 days - just like what was told to us that very first day at the sales office by our wonderful salesperson, Mary. Like clockwork everything happened, and we were able to take care of everything long distance, as we were moving here from out of state. Then when it came to our walkthrough, our construction manager couldn't have made things easier and more pain-free! The home is beautiful and well-built, the neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and the surrounding shopping and restaurants are incredible - we love it here, and I would recommend working with Pulte from beginning to end - we did and they made it about as effortless as buying, financing, closing, and insuring a new home could possibly be. ... I have had a great experience with Pulte homes in the Marwood Community. The construction manager and warranty departments have been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way to fix any issues with my new build.

We had a great experience buying our Pulte home. Construction was almost done when we found our home and fell in love. Chance made the home buying process so easy and our construction manager Brandon did everything in his power to allow us as much customization as possible during those last stages. Both were (still are) available long after closing day to help us with any issues that have come up since!

We had many points of contact with Pulte. Our salesman helped us select the perfect lot and model for our needs. The design center experience allowed us to customize our new home with unlimited choices for upgrades. The project managers Blake and Fabio are true professionals that know how to deliver customer service. Yes there were delays and issues, but they kept us informed and did everything they could to deliver a quality house. We also have been impressed with follow up on the customer service requests to fix those small things. Dan scheduled all the trades that needed to come back in a very timely manner for the minor repairs. Closing through Pulte was also easy. I was a bit nervous about buying a home from a mega builder and thought are we going to regret not going with a builder like Toll Brothers? Pulte Homes were very responsive to our needs and flexible with our schedule. They went above and beyond in providing information and photos of the home, answering all of our questions in detail and showing the features of the home.

From the first day we spoke with realtor, until the day we closed was a great positive experience. Pulte management is very responsive to all concerns and worked to answering all our questions.
