I have happy with Pulte homes.

While shopping around for a home in the Vegas area we came across Pulte at Valridge the sales representative was Angela she guided us properties that were quick sales within a month and a half we were closing our deal. After seeing how the homes were built and the quality that was incorporated it was a easy decision for my wife and I to make on our purchase, location location location.The entire process was quick and easy the home selection the loan process and the preparation of the property to be moved into.

Our whole experience from touring the models, to signing the contract, dealing with the construction manager, and all the way to closing was fantastic. Everyone we met was very professional and happy to answer our questions. Now that we are living in the house we are extremely happy with everything.

Right from the sales team to the construction manager I must say that they are great. Very helpful and they keep us updated on the progress of our home. Also the warranty follow up representative is very good and on top of correcting all of our problems.

The project manager met us when we made site visits during the last three months of construction. About 2x per month. He politely and thoroughly answered all our questions. We feel like we have a very well built home.

You can tell Zach really loves his job because even after moving in he's more than helpful and goes out of his way. Teresa provides excellent customer service in the sales center. She is extremely responsive around the clock! You can tell she really values her work. The quality of our home is unlike anything we've experienced before. What comes standard in a Pulte home is what other builders consider upgrades. I would do it over and over again :)

We had a very short time frame to find our new home and that came true at Copperleaf with Pulte Homes. While we bought a spec and knew we would not be able to customize completely, because of Pulte's quality and already incredible quality, "out-of-the-box" was 95% of where we wanted to be. We also had a deadline to move and while not promised, our construction manager, salesperson and the Pulte team made it happen.
