So happy about our new home and how beautiful it is.

From initial discussions with sell persons until closing all went relatively smoothly. We were kept informed as house was being build and we received plenty of pictures. We have not moved in as yet so I can not say much more.

The Construction Manager Israel, Tommy, etal, did an excellent job of attending to the details of completing construction. Also Israel has made a point to stopping by occasionally to ask how the house is performing. Thanks Israel, Tommy and others.

We happened to start the building process at one of the craziest times in recent history. With a supply shortage, labor shortage, a Category 4 Hurricane, and skyrocketing interest rates, the Pulte team managed to keep as much on schedule and to their quality standards as they could possibly control. This builder has earned my respect. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home.

My husband and I needed a home quickly when we saw Heron Preserve had some quick move-ins available. We looked at the home and knew it was the perfect floorplan for us. Every step, from buying, financing and putting the finishing touches on the house was done efficiently and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found this home.

I had a flawless experience with Pulte from beginning to end and everything in between. Top notch customer service with all aspects of my home buying process...from initial Sales, Interior design consultant, mortgage, to finally my building team & closing.

First of all we owned a Pulte home in Florida when we began our search to downsize in Illinois. Our first trip to the model had us meeting Gina who was so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable and was as excited as we were to begin this new adventure. The next Pulte person we met was Bradyn who always returned our call or email or text and always in a friendly informative manner. At our pre drywall meeting he was extremely knowledgeable. Actually he just stopped by for a visit to say hi and check on us. :). At times through out the process it would be frustrating waiting for various phases to occur in our home but Bradyn always responded to those frustrations in a calm manner. Finally we are working with Zach. He too is so very knowledgeable and prompt with follow up and so very friendly. We enjoy his visits and all that he does to be the best he can be for us. Being a Pulte home owner for 2 homes I'm very pleased to know Pulte has people like Gina and Bradyn and Zach representing them. They all contributed to assuring we have a lovely home. ... Más

Straight forward process. Took awhile for the seed and sod to be placed but this was due to the weather. Updates would have been appreciated.

From our first introduction to Pulte (Cheryl) selecting options (Priya) construction of our home (Dustin) management (Matt) and follow-up warranty (David) our experience has been wonderful. The end result is a beautiful home which we are so happy to be in. Pulte is an exceptional company. The Pulte employees who worked with us are the best.

Our builder, David, was very responsive to our needs. He gave us personal attention to our requests and worked hard to satisfy our needs.

I have been working directly with many builders over the years. I knew Pulte was the one I trusted to build my next home for my family. I was not treated as another number or another sale. I was treated like family and a valued customer. If I had questions, I knew they would get answered in a timely manner. They worked with me knowing I had a lease locked in at the start of the sale and made sure I was in before it was up.

This is our 2nd home in the Greyhawk Community. The construction process was very seamless. Yohan kept us updated on the progress and was very responsive to our questions and requests. A job well done.

I was thoroughly impressed with the collaboration and enjoyed working with the Property Manager and the Builder. They made sure that I was part of the building process from start to finish and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final project.

Overall experience was great. We are satisfied.

During the building process, I got updates every week, in details from the field manager. I have been explained thoroughly each steps and materials used have pretty good quality. Even after closing, the customer care manager is always there for your needs. Nice people and trustworthy builder.

Great to work with Pulte

My wife and I recently purchased a new home from Pulte Homes in Florida and every person that we dealt with at Pulte was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a newly constructed home.

As we selected Quick move In everything is already installed. Great work, As we are from other state when ever we called they arranged virtual meting and updated everything by sending videos and pictures of every step. I appreciate flied manager who responded when ever I called him.

Our real estate agent, Derek Deros and our construction manager, Ryan Pitts were great to work with! We lived in Missouri while our home was being built in Florida. Both were very good about weekly communication and providing virtual tours. Now that we have moved in, our post closing experience has been much the same. The quality is outstanding and the communication continues to be strong.
