Brittany R. was upbeat and personable. Met her when I decided to take a tour of the property. She was such a joy to work with from the first moment. Mike B. made the buying experience great too! Met him at the walk through and he talked about the quality of the materials, how well the home was built, and shared info about the warranties. He was very helpful. You can tell that Brittany and Mike are proud of the company and craftmanship of pulte homes and made me even more excited to own one.

Sales 5stars Field manager 5 stars Very efficient with mortgage and great communication between sales and field manager. My field manager fix all the little problems for me. And this is my second house I purchased with my sales jelena. She is phenomenal.

Adam was great as our project manager. He was proactive and when we had a question he was quick with responses. The city building department for Oakland Park is very difficult to work with. He managed them as best anyone could. The city cause many delays. The quality of the build is pretty good. Adam had to follow up with subcontractors on many occasions to assure they completed their work to specifications. We are happy with the end product.

We had a smooth experience from start to finish with our new Pulte home. We’ve been in our home for two months and have had zero issues. Our construction manager was very communicative throughout the building and closing process, and addressed any issues immediately. We’re very happy with our new home.

Whenever I had a question, I knew who to reach out and they were able to assist right away. Everyone met their deadlines and provided updates throughout the entire process. I overall enjoyed our experience with Pulte and look forward to living in our forever home for a long time.

The quality of the home is amazing. When I compared Pulte to other builders in the neighborhood, the quality was evident in Pulte homes. Response time for any issue have been quick and the repairs are quickly taken care of on my schedule. I would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone considering buying a new house and if I ever decide to move again I will use Pulte again in the future!

From the moment we visited the neighborhood, to the decision-making process, through sales and financing through Pulte Mortgage (they made it SUPER easy), we were able to qualify and close within 30 days - just like what was told to us that very first day at the sales office by our wonderful salesperson, Mary. Like clockwork everything happened, and we were able to take care of everything long distance, as we were moving here from out of state. Then when it came to our walkthrough, our construction manager couldn't have made things easier and more pain-free! The home is beautiful and well-built, the neighborhood is safe and comfortable, and the surrounding shopping and restaurants are incredible - we love it here, and I would recommend working with Pulte from beginning to end - we did and they made it about as effortless as buying, financing, closing, and insuring a new home could possibly be. ... I'm very pleased with the whole process of getting the house done and moving in. The builder is very good at all the things that are included and I love the finished product. I was so glad that I had a great team of people who helped me with the financial part. Especially the online service and the fact that I could do it so flawlessly. I have had a great experience with Pulte homes in the Marwood Community. The construction manager and warranty departments have been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way to fix any issues with my new build.
