You can tell Zach really loves his job because even after moving in he's more than helpful and goes out of his way. Teresa provides excellent customer service in the sales center. She is extremely responsive around the clock! You can tell she really values her work. The quality of our home is unlike anything we've experienced before. What comes standard in a Pulte home is what other builders consider upgrades. I would do it over and over again :)

We had a very short time frame to find our new home and that came true at Copperleaf with Pulte Homes. While we bought a spec and knew we would not be able to customize completely, because of Pulte's quality and already incredible quality, "out-of-the-box" was 95% of where we wanted to be. We also had a deadline to move and while not promised, our construction manager, salesperson and the Pulte team made it happen. Since moving in, the team has continued to support and respond quickly to any questions or issues (very few) we have had. From initial discussions with sell persons until closing all went relatively smoothly. We were kept informed as house was being build and we received plenty of pictures. We have not moved in as yet so I can not say much more.

The Construction Manager Israel, Tommy, etal, did an excellent job of attending to the details of completing construction. Also Israel has made a point to stopping by occasionally to ask how the house is performing. Thanks Israel, Tommy and others.

We happened to start the building process at one of the craziest times in recent history. With a supply shortage, labor shortage, a Category 4 Hurricane, and skyrocketing interest rates, the Pulte team managed to keep as much on schedule and to their quality standards as they could possibly control. This builder has earned my respect. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home.

My husband and I needed a home quickly when we saw Heron Preserve had some quick move-ins available. We looked at the home and knew it was the perfect floorplan for us. Every step, from buying, financing and putting the finishing touches on the house was done efficiently and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found this home.
