We had a quick and easy experience with Pulte. Started the buying process at the end of November with a Pulte SPEC build and any concerns along the way we’re dealt with. Our construction manager switched right before close which couldn’t have worked out better. Although we only worked with her for a short period before close, I have had a wonderful experience with Jessica! She made all of our blue tape items disappear and has been a wonderful resource in the month since we’ve closed. Couldn’t be more thankful that I had a great first time home buying experience.

Overall i’m happy with my home buying experience.

We have had a wonderful experience with Pulte builders. We had a punch list of a few incidental repairs, no big deal, and they have responded quickly and efficiently with every issue that we have had. The home is built with extreme care and quality of workmanship. I am very proud of my new home!

Pulte Team are the best team to work with, they were always available to assist with any questions and concerns about our new build. Can’t say enough about how Professional and kind they are.

We had a great experience with Pulte. From the very beginning we felt part of the process, and enjoyed watching our home come to life. From the lot pick, to the upgrades and the design process we were walked thru with ease. Jessica in the office was there to answer questions and Dustin, the construction manager provided weekly updates . Both were very attentive to our concerns. The walk through and closing went smoothly. The final punch list was the shortest of any home we had ever built. Pulte delivered and we would definitely recommend them.

Being out-of-state buyers, the Pulte people we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and great communicators. They helped to guide our decisions in the features of our new home. They explained everything that was going on with the process and kept us informed in a timely manner as construction progress through Zoom and virtual tours. During the final walk-through Colton clearly explained the features and operation of our home. The Pulte Homeowner Guide was especially helpful. From the very beginning Pulte was fabulous. They accommodated us at every turn and we could not be happier about the home they provided. Great experience over all, builder Eslam took his time to go over all aspect of building process and answer my questions with satisfying answers, with loan process Tara and Shawn were great couldn’t ask for any one better.

Make sure you print out all contracts and sign off any changes . When you purchase kitchen appliances you want the stainless steel to match !

Stewart and Blue guided us from our first visit to our completed home! With updates every week during the building process, we felt very included and informed about everything being done in our house, even though we lived 6 hours away. When we saw our newly finished home for the first time, we felt pure joy! It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Sarah was extremely helpful at the design center where we chose all our fixtures and finishes for reasonable prices on the upgrades. And in the end, our total cost was in our price range. Chad was an excellent sales manager for the home we bought. He was communicative and so so nice. He gave us extra time to look at the home in the evening when he didn't have to and just was excellent. To this day, I have had questions about the home and he has been very helpful.
