The home buying experience with Marilyn was fantastic and she was helpful from start to finish. Shawn did an amazing job seeing to it that our house was completed on schedule with the highest level of quality. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and it just has that well-built feel to it. From little details like gluing and screwing down the floorboards to keep out the squeaks, to the quality of the finishes, the house has exceeded our expectations in every way. Seriously, come be our neighbors...Pulte is the only way to go.

Our sales agent gave some useful information during the buying process and , we had good experience with the sales team and the construction team. Design team experience was not upto the mark . The construction crew was very friendly crew , helped clarify queries. And Its a good quality home

Joe is a great project manager. He is there for you in any way he can help. He worked hard to get my house to close before year end. During the walk thru he took immediate action in getting everything completed so we could close. Sherri, Sales Rep, was also great.. She was quick to respond and help me in whatever I needed. Very upbeat, and made me feel that my needs were very important to her.

We started our home buying experience with Pulte Homes July 31, 2021. Due to situations beyond Pulte Homes control ( covid19, suppy line shortages and lact of laborers) it took an extra 6 months to complete construction. It was very much worth the wait. You can not beat the quality of Pulte Homes. We are very happy with the completion of our home. Each of our specifications were met exactly as desired. We definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

This is our 3rd Pulte Home. We have been very pleased with the Pulte experience. The people we interact with from sales, production, quality control, and customer care have been excellent. They deliver on their promise and on time. Any issues we had were addressed professionally and remedied immediately. If and when we decide to build again... It will be with Pulte.

The whole experience could not be better. We feel like we are home here. Marsha at the model center was great throughout the buying process and is always so helpful still. The Pulte mortgage process was a little bumpy coming right down to the last minute, but they got it closed. And we got a healthy discount on the closing costs as well. We also used the HOI company recommended by Pulte and that process was a breeze. We used the lawyers recommended by Pulte to close, Butler and College, and they were great! Michael, our construction manager has always been so friendly, helpful and responsive. With a new home, that no one has lived in yet, there are always little things that were not noticed until you move in and start to use everything in the home. Michael has always taken care of everything we need to have fixed since we moved in really quickly. We always feel like a priority. The community is beautiful, and we can't wait until they are finished building the amenity center. Thank you, Pulte, for a smooth transition and a beautiful home. ... Más

From the moment I visited the model homes in this community, I knew that it would be my future home. Pulte homes are designed with great thought to the layout for gatherings or personal space. Their quality is superior to other builders and more upgraded features are standard. They do offer many upgraded options to customize and individualize your home. Everyone that I worked or spoke with were always available and quick to handle all my questions and requests. I highly recommend a Pulte home as your next forever home.

We have had a great experience with everyone we worked with during and after the purchase. Angela was excellent to work with during the purchase and Carlos was responsive to any after move in questions/concerns/requests.

My wife and I have been there a month and we love it the only surprise we received that the HOA fees increased a $100 per month and also we paid $34,000 for a tandem parking area in the garage and we are still paying $20 a month to park there. I don’t understand why that is because most of us are on fixed incomes.

I had a very good experience with the Woodmont Tamarac Team. Peggy and Mark were excellent in helping my family with the perfect home. The team handled everything professionally.

We had a wonderful sales person who kept us informed every step of the way. Our construction supervisors were very informative at both of our meetings. A few minor problems noted on inspection were quickly corrected.
