When we had a question or problem, Steve always got back to us as soon as possible. We were also pleased with Jeremy who did our walk through in our new home. Smooth process, great people to work with.

I recently purchased a townhouse from Pulte Homes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The process of buying the townhouse was made easy with the help of their dedicated sales team who were always available to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. The townhouse itself is beautifully designed and built to a high standard. The layout is practical and efficient, and the finishes are of good quality. The community is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities such as a playground, pool and a clubhouse. The location of the townhouse is also great as it is near to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Pulte Homes also offers a great warranty and maintenance program, which gave me peace of mind knowing that any issues that may arise will be addressed promptly. My experience with Pulte has been very positive. From Jennifer E, and Kyle T at the site they have been outstanding and have always been responsive to any of my requests. The community is wonderful to live in and the quality of the product is good. Minimal noise (from construction and daily traffic). I would recommend a Pulte home to everyone!!

This was the fourth new home my wife and I have had built. By far the best experience. Communications throughout the process was excellent. Every week we received an email from our construction manager with details of the work expected on our home. All the contractors were very nice and polite. Overall it was a stress free experience.
