My experience as a first-time home buyer was amazing from the moment that I walked into the sales office! I was greeted by the sales agent Jacqueline and immediately felt comfortable zero pressure or sales tactics, didn't even consider looking at any other properties I chose the model on this property but Jacqueline did want me to see other homes on the property before I made my decision, I appreciated the fact that she took the time for that before just jumping on closing the sale of a higher priced unit. still chose the higher price and I love the home and property highly recommend Pulte Homes ... It was a great experience working with construction team.

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. Joe has gone beyond and above what any normal person would do to make sure we were happy with the home during and after your move in. He is definitely an asset to Pulte Homes. He has made this whole process easier and comfortable for us as new home owners. ... Más

I was blown away by the experience we had buying our home in Olmsted. The sales agent was so friendly, helpful and personable. She helped me make sure I was getting the right home and was *not* pushing anything on us. When we arrived at the decision to buy she worked with us and made us happy about the end result. And then there was the builder. The builder was so helpful and responsive and still is, even after closing. Both have gone above and beyond my highest level of expectations going into this. NO BUYERS REMORSE AT ALL! Thank you Pulte!!

Hi, I already completed the survey for our actual home. I think we were a different model then what's listed in this survey. I completed it and then a month later this came and hasn't stopped notifications to complete it. We are still waiting for some items and overall things are fine. Please don't send any more surveys.

After viewing my current home, spending time with her touring the home and enjoying her warm personality, I was sold. My experience with Pulte could not have been any better. All around we’ve had a great experience with Pulte. There’s been a few hiccups along the way, but there has been a lot of transparency and communication to get things back on track. Our timeline was excellent and we’re very impressed with the quality of our home.

We purchased our home very close to the peak of the market during major labor shortages and supply chain issues. So there were many unforeseen delays. Despite that, I still have a very positive experience with our Pulte home purchase. Our Construction Manager Zach kept us updated every week, and did everything he could to get us into our home as soon as possible. And where I was very impressed is his post sale support. It’s easy to miss little things during your walk through, and the home does settle causing things to shift. But Zach has been amazing with helping us resolve issues as they popped up. He has absolutely been the biggest contributor to our positive experience with Pulte. ... Más

Great experience from inquiry to closing. Everyone communicated constantly, always giving us updates. Answered both through email and texts if we have questions and would even reach out by phone to make sure everything was clear and that we’re on the same page. Love our home and (fingers crossed) had no issues so far.
