The quality of this Pulte home is exceptional. The time frame exceeded our expectations as the home was completed earlier than estimated. Travis explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure our home was top notch. We would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Sales and construction and home quality all great. Only issue we had was with pulte mortgage and pulte title. Both caused delays and uncertainty when there should not have been. Even caused us to have a higher rate of 7.25% than what the current rate was. It was the worst home buying experience we have ever had in the 5 homes we have bought.

Very happy with the quality for the price and particularly for the attentiveness of the entire staff in addressing any issues promptly. Would highly recommend Pulte to anyone based on my experience.

Everyone has been just great and very responsive

We had a great experience with Pulte overall. The Project Manager kept us in the loop and did everything in his power to ensure we were able to close in the time frame we hoped for. In general all of the employees, from sales to construction to the Warranty Department were very polite and professional. Couldn't have asked for more!

The Sales and Construction Team at Sea Island Preserve did an outstanding Job! If you are lucky enough to be paired up with Emma in Sales and or Jamie in Construction, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the new home building experience. Both team members are great at conforming to the customers communication desires, and communication is where it all starts. They were there to provide us with feedback, answer questions, as well as keeping us in the loop with our builds updates and information from pre-construction through closing. I really enjoyed working with Jessica Vincent from the paperwork aspect of things, she made the process very easy, and she was/is well educated on all the home buying “need to knows”. The wife and I were first time home buyers at the time, so it was and can be very stressful. Jessica made that process easier and smoother. I also want to give a shout-out to Steve the building manager, that guy is great to work with. He made sure that everything was perfect prior to our closing date and continues to assist me with any questions I may have! Thanks Pulte!

Mike and Dennis were amazing! They were both very responsive and Mike helped coordinate all the details of the small things that needed to be fixed after moving in. I love my home!

From the beginning Pulte's real estate agent (Bobbette) was fantastic. Our construction manager (Ken) did a great job getting our home ready to our complete satisfaction. Along the way Jeremy made monetary concessions to help with closing on time. .
