Adam was exceptional in his knowledge and expertise in every encounter we had with him during and after the building process.

This was my first experience with buying a brand new home. Pulte staff - from initial sales to closing - was thoroughly professional. They addressed all my concerns in a manner that was both timely and easily understood. Would recommend Pulte without hesitation.

Buying a house can be a tad stressful but Daniel and his team have gone much more than the extra mile, several times, to help us work through the details of an out-of-town move. I recall the journey with Pulte started in Dec '21 when I visited few of their sites before booking 1 townhome in RTP area, NC. Since then to Oct '22...we had various teams supporting respective stages .... Sales experience was great . Construction experience was excellent Mortgage experience went was smooth Closing experience was seamless Post closing service experience is awesome. Build Quality has been the best . Based on my above experience with Pulte, I would recommend them for sure.

He was attentive and responsive to issues that were beyond anyone’s control as well as cares deeply about delivering a 100% completed home. So far I'm happy with Pulte. Everyone so has been very helpful through the whole process. Working out some of the warranty issues. They have been very responsive to getting the issues resolved. My home is beautiful and is in a great location in Texas. Highly recommend Pulte.

Gretchen, Scott, Andrea, Gabriel, Kayla, Miguel have all been wonderful. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel “at home” and I truly appreciated that. If I cooked, I would have them all over for dinner!!! I thank all of you for making this a seamless transaction.

Rocky start and some items to button up, but satisfied overall

My wife and I moved to TX from VA. We were very concerned about building a home from so far away, but Pulte was incredible at keeping us informed with daily and weekly communications and pictures. Our home is perfect and everything went off without a hitch. Alex and Phil are the best and I highly recommend anyone looking for the home of their dreams to check our Pulte. We were extremely satisfied with our experience.

Austin and Traci were awesome representatives of the Pulte company. Explanations were offered and they returned my phone calls and texts instantly. I would recommend Austin to other potential buyers because his communication skills are so good and it was wonderful when he called me with construction updates.

Our experience began with Kelley who was nothing short of fabulous. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was on top of it. Likewise, our construction manager, Tim, was helpful with all adjustments and questions. Our home came out wonderfully. The workmanship and attention to detail is evident and we're excited to have family and friends visit to see our new home.

Daniel and Morten made the potentially stressful experience of building a home very pleasant and exciting and we were thrilled throughout the whole process to be able to work with them and see the process of the home.

We love our Pulte home and the neighborhood, this is our 3rd Pulte home and 2nd here in Glenmore. Things don’t always go as expected in any construction process. There are plenty of great people at Pulte and here in this Glenmore community that do want the home to be built well and for you to be happy with everything.
