Heidi the agent who showed me the Pulte homes was awesome from start to close. I am high maintenance and had a lot of questions and requests. It was also a stressful time for me as interest rates were climbing fast and home prices were starting to move down for the first time in a long time. Heidi stayed steady and confident. She was highly responsive, reassuring, and highly professional/appropriate as I was anxious. In addition Ryan has been great to work with. He was extremely detailed with his walk through and has kept me well informed as work is being done to finish the exterior and the remaining homes on my street. From start to finish, the home buying process with Pulte was smooth, easy and enjoyable. Ramsey in the sales office was kind, personable, helpful and professional. She remembered our family every interaction we had and it made us feel like we mattered to her. Our build team, Josh and Ali, were responsive, patient with questions with had, informative and communicative. The home buying process was smooth and we enjoyed it every step of the way. Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

Excellent salesman, good follow up and available for all the process including after closing. Regarding the house, the wait time was longer than we expected, but at the end the house is very good and all the little things were fixed.

My home buying experience was smooth for the most part. There were moments when the communication lacked but overall I am very pleased with my experience and love my new home!

Building a new home can be a scary task but honestly the people at Pulye made it easy. The sales process was smooth, Trenton explained everything and offered advice on how to stay on budget but still get the house we wanted how we wanted. Building was just as simple, with timely updates from our project manager and an honest build time estimate we were able to relax and enjoy seeing the process. We really appreciated the work and communication by everyone involved. We were so impressed we even had my in laws build with them same sales team and project manager.

The site supervisor and sales representative were both very professional and extremely attentive to detail. All concerns and questions raised were addressed promptly and handled with care. Both are awesome and definite assets to your company.

Pulte make good houses, value for money.

I had an extremely smooth and pleasureable experience with all facets of Pulte Homes. From sales to mortgage to home owner's insurance and to craftsmanship, I can say that the team is truly dilligent and well coordinated. I have not experienced any major issues with the home itself and any minor issues were corrected the same day. I would buy my next home with Pulte.

Pulte Homes , Project manager Joe goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before getting into your dream home. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable to answer all questions even after moving in. He made me and my family feel like family.
