We purchased our first Pulte home in 2018. We like the quality of the home so much we decided to purchase a second home in another Pulte community. We recently went through hurricane Ian and neither home even had a roof tile out of place!

Having a house built in Florida while living in New York isn’t an ideal situation but Pulte homes made it work without any issues. I came to Florida a few times while it was being built and it was never a problem for me to walk through and check the progress. I used Pulte for my mortgage and homeowners insurance and that was the best way to do it so I didn’t have to coordinate anything because they would communicate with each other without me being the middle man. The closing went smoothly for the most part except for 1 or 2 hiccups which weren’t caused by Pulte. We love our new home! It’s beautiful and everything has been wonderful. Any post closing have been addressed and are already fixed or in process.

Our construction manager, Jim, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to respond to us at all times of the build. He was thorough with our walk through and made sure we were satisfied. His knowledge of the house and pulte put us at ease. He even provided us with a packet of his most recommended cleaning and basic handyman suggestions for our house as we told him we had some fun projects we wanted to do after move in. Our interactions with him were the highlight of our process and he made it so much better. Thank you, Jim!

We had a great experience. The only issues is that our construction was delayed. But this was a supply issue that Pulte told us about ahead of time.

I worked with Harmony as my sales agent and Crandall as my construction manager throughout the building of my new home. They kept me informed throughout the building process and sent pictures and videos weekly of the construction stages.

Overall the construction process went pretty well. They were highly responsive to any issues we had and met all requirements to my satisfaction.

We had a fairly seamless experience, and so far, aside from some small items, which is to be expected we have not had any issues. One thing that has been a bit bothersome is how loud it is inside when the outside water is on. I am not sure why that is, but it is pretty loud.
