The sales process was great! We started with Jim G. and Ken picked up after Jim retired, but Ken was really helpful in keeping us up to date with status and what we needed on our end to do to keep the process moving. Alyssa at the design center was instrumental in helping us find options that best suited our needs and preferences. Her expertise and input in terms of interior design were on point and shows in the finished product. Overall, we are truly impressed with the quality of and value of the home. Our construction manager Justin has been outstanding as well. He has been extremely responsive with any minor fixes we brought to his attention. Within 24 hours of reaching out to him, he's issuing a work order the same day! We have been through the new home buying process several times before and without a doubt, Justin is the best construction manager we have ever worked with. David was the reason we picked Pulte homes we were shopping around from Stuart to Miami and Ft Myers and he sold us on the Fields and help us through the process even post closing. I would highly recommend Pulte just because of are experience with him.

Our experience buying with Pulte has been great. A good warranty is always something I look for when buying and knowing that I can reach out for any and all issues and get a quick response really provides peace of mind. No matter what kind of home you buy, you will always have "something" that needs to be fixed. I'm very happy with our purchase so far.

2021 -We were in the list with multiple builder. We choice Pulte at Cielo Ranch Andrew @Sales came through for us with the great lot. Going back in fort what plan we want to build because they have a great list . We went through a rough selection of what we want to add to the house I think we were rush by the show room reps and not very helpful at all she made me feel like was irritated. We have added some items on the list that we did not really needed to the house such as extra lighting suckets etc. The short supply disaster came . We waited for the windows, lighting on the foyer, cabinet, appliances, and counter top. The blow to our experience is the interest rate it keeps going up while waiting for the house to be finish. I think they rush some of the jobs needed to finish up our home that we constantly calling for the Construction manager to be fix. I wish we went to Pulte sooner before the pandemic because we have some items that they promise on our wish list that we did not get. We were so focus on the closing of the loan and final walk through they install a boobie light on my foyer that looks hedious. Lock in the interest rate for financing you are comfortable with and make sure you request for your change order list (what comes with the house you bought). This new home was love at first site. The on-site agent was very helpful with all the amenities offered with the Bedrock model. With everything on one level and a walk out basement sealed the deal for us. We feel the quality of material and workmanship was outstanding, from the building material, flooring, appliances and so much more made us feel that we made the right decision on buying a Pulte home. The on-site building manager was very good. He was on top of the construction of our home and would send us email updates every other week. The visit the the Pulte Design center was quite the event. My wife was in heaven and the interior designer made it very easy for my wife to make the choices for our home. Our advice to a new Pulte home buyer is, enjoy the moment, go into the purchase with and open mind, and to allow other to share their ideas and thoughts in the home design. Jack and John did a great job for us to get used to our home quickly.

Such an amazing experience! Weekly phone calls to keep you up to date, best contractor ever ALI! She still text and stops by when she is not busy to see how everything is going. If Pulte can't build my next home is we ever move I'll have Ali do it. She is one of their best contractors!

Our entire process went exceptionally well. Each person we worked with was helpful every step of the way. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Had a smooth buying experience from Pulte!

My wife and I just purchased our Pulte home and we love it! Dave, our construction manager communicated with us the entire time and ensured everything was done to the highest quality. Even our realtor pointed out things that Pulte did that went above and beyond. We did run into some difficulties, especially with a lack of clarity and communication with Pulte Mortgage, but both the construction and title side of Pulte were 10/10 Thank you, Dave!

Overall great experience with the process of our quick move in home! After closing our construction manager Mike Z. was very responsive and able to help with minor issues that needed attention. My wife and I are happy we chose Pulte for our first home purchase and will consider them to family and friend.

Great change in my life. I liked the space as soon as I saw it. It is close to my family and friends and work. Friendly people who are knowledgable and prompt with any questions I had. Glad I moved into this neighborhood.
