All companies are only as good as their people. Our experience with the Pulte team of people was superb. From Steven in Sales, Laura in Design and Dylan as our Project Manager, we couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with in the process. Dylan was amazing. He truly manages the project and checks the work and get the jobs done correctly, all with an excellent demeanor. Any company out there would be lucky to have this guy on their team. We would see him on site in the neighborhood checking his various projects morning and night every day of the week it seemed. Great job to all.

Everything was great Marci was excellent and so was the building manager Jason. Easy to get ahold of and always available with any questions or concerns. The build quality is very above average as well… They are priced competitively and you get what you paid for and more. Thank you Pulte and your team as well!

Great communication & updates during the building process due to LeeRoy’s efforts, he was super to keep us informed since we were in another state miles away from the home being built. He sent pictures, emailed, & called us, always answered our questions & took pride in his job. Kirby, with the mortgage staff, was also very helpful, kind, & efficient. She was quick to respond & her assistance was very much appreciated! Kevin has also been wonderful since moving in to address any concerns we may have. He takes care of issues promptly & efficiently & has been super helpful!

Pulte Home Builder build a good home. They care about their customer and try keep the project plan on track. When something went wrong, they responded quickly to resolved the problem. They have a good team of sales agent and contraction manager

The builders from Pulte took great pride in creating this house and took their time to ensure that every detail was to perfection, This is my first new build and we are extremely happy with the final product.

Our Pulte Sales Rep (Lisa) was simply a pleasure to work with. She sent us weekly pictures of construction progress since we lived out-of-state. She also tracked issues my wife and I spotted in the pics. Overall, she helped us a lot since first meeting her in 2019. My wife and I are very happy with our Pulte home selection. During the build, Dustin was the Construction Manager. He was also very responsive to questions, making it a pleasure to communicate. We wanted to duplicate a design feature seen in the sample home requiring some movement of the existing wiring. It got done! Additionally, we wanted some ceiling outlets reinforced to hold fans in the Lanai. That also got completed. Finally, the dishwasher was delayed and arrived at the last minute. Dustin and another Construction Manager (Dylan) installed it themselves - did the wiring, connected the drains and water source. Works perfectly! In spite of Covid supply chain issues we were able to get a house built that we really love! Nothing is perfect but overall we are very happy with our new home.

This home has all that I need built as an inventory home I was thinking will do some changes when I move in but sincerely everything looks good. My family loves it here.

This is our second Pulte purchase. The quality of the build is excellent. The sales team is very attentive and walked us through everything we needed to know. When we were scheduled for our walk thru we were so pleased with our unit. John & Lane we’re excellent and explained everything we needed to know including operation of everything and utilities. We couldn’t be happier!

The customer service is excellent, they meet all the times efficiently, the materials used are of the highest quality and the transactions are always clear and precise.

Pulte group is a nice trustworthy building company. When looking for a house we checked several builders, several communities in different locations of Florida, and came back to Pulte because of their quality for the price you pay and things they offer like warranties on your house (1,2 or10 years on specific house parts) and other options. When checking other builders we saw cases where you buy a new construction house in Florida (from a well-known building company), but don't get hurricane-proof windows (no shatters are included, buy it by yourself), or to get tiles in the kitchen area instead of default carpet (!) option you have to pay additional money. Pulte offers plenty of upgrades you can do to your house. For example, you can add a sink in the garage, a bathtub in the main bathroom, drop tray ceiling in the main bathroom, change the wall texture from the default textured one to smooth walls, change wall colors, or upgrade to a frameless shower, etc. Some builders don't offer these options and you have to buy the whole design type as is. Well. if you buy a quick move-in house with Pulte and the upgrades are already preselected, you can not change them (some of them are structural and the blueprints are already approved by the city). But I am talking about the case where you could make changes, but the builder does not offer these upgrades. With Pulte, you are free to select which tiles you will install in the kid's bathroom and which tiles you will have in the main bathroom. Same with countertops, faucets, or floor types (carpet, hardwood floors). With some other companies, you just have to select a group and in this group, everything is already pre-selected: you get specific tiles, specific light fixtures, and specific countertops, and you can not make any changes. That definitely limits you as a customer. Pulte does not do that, they offer many upgrades and you are free to create your own interior design for your future house. They even offer an additional service where the design team will work with you and will help you create the perfect interior design. Let's talk about sales staff in the Oak Tree sales center. We had a chance to communicate with several sales consultants and they do their best, are very polite and responsive, and will help you with any questions. We particularly worked with Elli and she is super professional. We already closed on our house, we live in it, but still can come to the sales center and ask Elli some questions related to the community or a house or building process and she will answer them. She is always happy to help and this makes us feel confident about Pulte and that means that the company not just sells you a house and forgets about you the next day after closing, but on the contrary, they are always here to help. Same with the construction manager (foreman) and customer care representatives. They provide their phone numbers and emails and you can contact them if you will find some issues in a house (like a chipped tile or cracked paint, this is construction, such things happen). Kevin, our foreman was constantly updating us on how the building process goes by sending us emails with the house photos and providing some comments on what they did this week and what they plan to do next. we met with him several times on a construction site and pointed out some things that need to be fixed (like we noticed a chipped tile on the floor or a baseboard was not painted well) and he was saving these complaints and next time we were visiting the construction site he proudly was showing us what they fixed and how it looks like now. He never forgot about something. Now let's discuss the floorplans. I truly love to check floorplans and find some inconveniences like useless chunks of space or a strangely planned room. but Pulte floorplans are very logical and practical. We visited several model homes in different Pulte communities and overall they are well planned, the houses are not too big so you are not spending a ton of money to cool down all that non-needed space, rooms are smartly planned so kids don't disturb parents and vice versa. Kitchens on Pulte plans are very well designed and main appliances like fridge, kitchen sink, and stovetop/oven and located not far from each other and in a logical way, so you go first to the fridge, then to the sink, and then to the stovetop/oven. That is great because you don't walk around the kitchen spending time. Overall I will definitely recommend Pulte to others and when in the future I will need a new home, I will go with Pulte. ...
