The whole process was seamless and the team at Pulte made everything so easy to do. They were informative and answered all questions. Ensured everything was lined up, ready, and solved any issues that happened before and after closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Howard has been great from a sales perspective and made sure we were comfortable through the full process. Justin has been the best construction manager I’ve ever worked with. He’s responsive and executes as needed. In a perfect world, these two gents would be training your whole organization.

Buying a new-build home can be a challenge. There is always some question about how long it will take the builder to complete the home and what the quality of the home will be at completion. I'm pleased to say that my entire buying experience with PULTE exceeded my expectations. The PULTE team met every construction milestone and inspection date they established with me at contract signing. We even closed on the home one day earlier than the date on the contract. This was very helpful to me since I had sold my previous home and was in temporary quarters while awaiting my closure date on the new home. The home buying and building process was pretty quick and seamless. The design center experience could have been better. Our design center associate was not very knowledgeable and there were no prices assigned to upgrades at the showroom so it was hard to do a cost benefit analysis. That process should be more automated. There should be a computer at the showroom the associate work from that can give you an updated price in real-time as you add upgrades. We also were caught up in the pricing readjustment which was very confusing. Overall we are very satisfied with the home. I hope that the warranty service does not decline after Pulte finishes the neighborhood. ... Más

Communication was excellent during entire process.

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

Was not able to do final walk through. They were very fair completing repairs.

The Pulte Team provided excellent support for home buying from Sales to Contruction to After-Closing Customer Care. I especially appreciated help from Howard Daniels with quick responses and information. Manan Patel was helpful during construction process with detailed information along with the project foreman. Rick Canale has been a valuable resource for after-closing issues. Ed Sacco recommended options to save in loan finances with expert advice. David Chang, VP, stepped in to help out, as well.

Overall experience was good. Have issues with vendors Pulte partners/subcontracts with. Guardian services is poor at best.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

Overall the workmanship was ok. There were a few things that were a bit sloppy.

Good home, nice community and value

couple of issues with land scaping/grading behind the house working with customer care support to resolve the issue. Rain water not flowing properly into drain. Issue details shared with Pulte team and waiting for the solution.

We absolutely love our new home. The settlement date was unfortunately pushed out several months past the initial expectation which resulted in a higher mortgage rate sadly. We have run into some electrical issues such as a recess light being covered over by drywall, electrical switch issue in the hvac closet which the builder was aware of prior to settlement but did not fix until after move in. We also could not hard wire our security cameras as there was a wire that was stalled into in the attic. We understand these things happen and Pulte has been quick to respond to maintenance issues and helped to get them resolved quickly. Communication during the building process was very sparse. We were told we could expect to receive weekly updates every Friday which turned into 3 over the course of 4-5 months with many of our outgoing emails ignored. If the communication would have been better the whole experience would have been a 5 star experience. ... Más
