Buying a new-build home can be a challenge. There is always some question about how long it will take the builder to complete the home and what the quality of the home will be at completion. I'm pleased to say that my entire buying experience with PULTE exceeded my expectations. The PULTE team met every construction milestone and inspection date they established with me at contract signing. We even closed on the home one day earlier than the date on the contract. This was very helpful to me since I had sold my previous home and was in temporary quarters while awaiting my closure date on the new home. The home buying and building process was pretty quick and seamless. The design center experience could have been better. Our design center associate was not very knowledgeable and there were no prices assigned to upgrades at the showroom so it was hard to do a cost benefit analysis. That process should be more automated. There should be a computer at the showroom the associate work from that can give you an updated price in real-time as you add upgrades. We also were caught up in the pricing readjustment which was very confusing. Overall we are very satisfied with the home. I hope that the warranty service does not decline after Pulte finishes the neighborhood. ... Más

Great sales and construction team. Settlement team not very responsive to questions from my title company. Also they insisted we go to Trevose while others settled remotely.

So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. While we cannot speak for the long term quality of the home, based on what we have experienced so far we are very pleased. ... Más

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

Was not able to do final walk through. They were very fair completing repairs.
