Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experance Build quality was great !

Our construction manager Brian made the entire process amazing! He is an asset to Pulte and I would choose Pulte because of him. He made the process smooth and he is genuine and caring. You can tell he enjoys what he does and he does it well.

The home is beautiful and we love it. But really what impressed me most was the people - Rachel who guided us through the buying process and patiently answered our ten million questions, and Michael the construction manager who so carefully went over all the aspects and features and need to know info of our new house. Both responded so quickly to questions and concerns. It has been an amazing experience.

Working with Rachel, Michael, and others was an absolute pleasure. Everyone responded promptly to any issues or concerns. I couldn't have been happier.

We moved to South Carolina from Oregon. We wanted a quality home where we could continue to raise our children in a house that embellished the beauty and splendor of the Low Country. We had no intention of building but happened on Pullte models in Malind Bluff in Okatie, and my Wife and Daughters and I fell in love with the Colonial model. Once we committed, we were excited to see the progress from the first shovel-start all of the way to "key day". We cannot say enough good things about our builder Hampton. He immediately earned our respect, confidence, trust, and eventually our gratitude with the finished product of our HOME. Hampton did what he said he was going to do throughout the process, was attentive and responsive, and was acurate with his time estimations. Once we moved in, Hampton told us that we might discover things needed to be addressed as we settle into our house. He told us he was there if we needed him. Hampton has been amazingly responsive to these issues, which I can honestly say, have been minor in nature. Our home is well built and of high quality. When Hurricane Debbie blew through South Carolina, we were a week in our home. We felt safe and had "0" issues. I feel like we got what we paid for in our HOME and more. To us, Hampton has been the face of Pullte, and again, he epitomizes quality! My Wife, Daughters, and I, highly recomend Hampton and Pullte homes! Mick was responsive to all our needs. He planned regular visits for us to see the construction. He listened and made changes we asked for. He has come by several times to help with irrigation and answer questions. Top notch person. So personable.

We have been in our home for 30 days now and love our decision. We had a wonderful and seamless experience through the building process and appreciate the level of attention we received from start to finish. I would absolutely work with Pulte again.

From sales to completion with the onsite team communication was great with weekly updates throughout the build. After closing punch list was completed in a timely manner. Mike Phelan went over and above to make us extremely happy.

Lashay was great in sales. She answered all of our questions and took extra time to show us features and even another model that our sister in AZ was interested in. Lashay also provided a huge assist with a PulteCould not have asked for any more from her.

We are very satisfied with the build quality of our new Pulte home. Everyone has been very professional and any minor issues we ran into after move in were addressed very promptly. All in all we had an excellent experience.

Pulte really went above and beyond for me and my family and I can’t say thank you enough. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler assigned to watch over your build you will be in great hands.

Great community, hard working people

The whole experience could not be better. We feel like we are home here. Marsha at the model center was great throughout the buying process and is always so helpful still. The Pulte mortgage process was a little bumpy coming right down to the last minute, but they got it closed. And we got a healthy discount on the closing costs as well. We also used the HOI company recommended by Pulte and that process was a breeze. We used the lawyers recommended by Pulte to close, Butler and College, and they were great! Michael, our construction manager has always been so friendly, helpful and responsive. With a new home, that no one has lived in yet, there are always little things that were not noticed until you move in and start to use everything in the home. Michael has always taken care of everything we need to have fixed since we moved in really quickly. We always feel like a priority. The community is beautiful, and we can't wait until they are finished building the amenity center. Thank you, Pulte, for a smooth transition and a beautiful home. ... Más

From start to finish the home buying and building experience was fun, easy and transparent. The Pulte team made our home building experience enjoyable and seamless especially for a big move across the country. I've never built a house before and Pulte made the process extremely easy. The build quality on our house is amazing and Pulte still checks in with us periodically to make sure we are still satisfied.
