I have purchased and bought 4 brand new homes. Pulte's crew showed pride in the project and build. The crew obviously had taken ownership of the final product and they are very thorough in the explanation of the mechanical and electrical systems.

I first met with Cheuk in the sales office. He was so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He kept me updated on the progress of the home. Then on the homesite, Gerry was amazing. He answered all my questions very quickly. I felt very confident that my new home was being well built. Even after I moved in Gerry was very attentive and helpful. My house is beautiful. I am very happy.

Our Pulte home is everything we dreamed it would be. From the very beginning, the entire build process was smooth, well‑organized, and surprisingly stress‑free.
