We have had a great experience working with Bradley, Shaun and Lauren to build our home. They were very helpful and always available to answer questions we had. The build quality is very good and we had 3rd party inspectors before closing and they also remarked on the great work done. We would recommend Pulte to our friends and family without hesitation

Bradley was awesome! Everyone we dealt with answered all questions and made the entire home buying process simple.

The buying experience was great, but it’s the warranty experience afterwords. There is a lack of communication in that department. I have brought things to my warranty person in the first week of owning the new home and those items are still not fixed. It took multiple times just for the vendors to show up. We would set times and dates and people would no-show with no communication that they wouldn’t make it. This showed us how much Pulte and there vendors cared about our time and home. I bought this home with Pulte due to the warranty process I was told about and how great it was. Come to find out it’s nothing like what it is sold on. My construction manager and sales consultant and manager was the best! Answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. My only issue is the warranty process. ... Más

I love my new Pulte Home. Every single person I've dealt with during the buying process has been friendly, professional and responsive. After move in, there were a few very minor issues and the Warranty Department and Tex took care quickly. I would recommend a new Pulte home to my friends and family any day!

Mr Michael was awesome and a man of integrity, I LOVE my quality built home. Mr Steve is an angel, I felt valued, I felt like every need was attended to and every question answered. Mr Steve was honest and fair and no pushy, very knowledgeable about Pulte and the homes. I have been extremely satisfied with pulte homes. Trent my sales agent was very professional and knowledgeable. From the first day I should up at the property he was friendly and had an answer to all my questions. If there was one thing I didn’t like was the building representative. But overall highly satisfied. The warranty handled by Kenny has been great service handling all my problems. I would definitely recommend Pulte homes!

The overall experience with our Pulte home at Rosehill Lake was Great! From the start to completion the “crew” worked hard to make sure our home was exactly as we had ordered! I had a great experience with purchasing my Pulte home! Any issues I had or if there was anything not to my liking during the building process my construction manager was great about getting them addressed. There was constant communication as my home was being built with weekly updates on the progress. I would buy another Pulte home in the future.

We have been pleased with our Plute home love the layout of the home and all the extra room for serving and storage. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Megan made sure we had all the information we needed and also went over and above with extra items we needed in our new home. When we had an issue with our garage door the repair man came and made it right again. Tim in sales has always been there to answer questions and lead us in the right direction for our need.
