I would recommend buying a new home here because of great quality and value in a great development.

We’re first time home buyers and we had the best possible experience with the Pulte team. Our build manager sent us weekly updates and all the staff were enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

I love my new home.

From initial contract signing to closing, we thought the whole process was very smooth. There were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed after closing and for the most part, were addressed promptly. We enjoyed our interactions with all of the Pulte employees and are very happy with our new home.

Everyone delivered great customer service. One of my favorite part was when we did the walk through. They answered my questions and explained the process very well. Good quality materials and beautiful exterior and interior design

The home buying experience with Marilyn was fantastic and she was helpful from start to finish. Shawn did an amazing job seeing to it that our house was completed on schedule with the highest level of quality. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and it just has that well-built feel to it. From little details like gluing and screwing down the floorboards to keep out the squeaks, to the quality of the finishes, the house has exceeded our expectations in every way. Seriously, come be our neighbors...Pulte is the only way to go.

We've owned two other brand new homes and this by far is the best. The attention to detail and the involvement of the home owner in the construction process is second to none. Both the agent, Marilyn, and the construction manager, Shawn, are very customer focused, very easy to talk to. Almost hate to see the neighborhood finished and the two of them moving on.

The design of the Gateway I with the option upgrade 4th bedroom is very good and practical. The overall craftsmanship is satisfactory BUT the concerns are relating to quality control. If one had carefully & thoroughly seen the finish in the areas we picked up, they would have been dealt with prior to taking delivery and closing. The Major and Moderate defects have been attended to and well-coordinated by the care manager. Some of these could have been picked up and attended by a closer inspection for quality control. There are some matters that will be attended to at the first year’s anniversary relating to: • Quartz countertops seem in the kitchen to be eliminated • Uneven paint application (white patch) near the vent area in the owner’s/primary bathroom • Some LVP flooring in the living room joins, are uneven and/or heavily scratched. These have been warped and will need replacing • Damage to the dry wall entrance from main bedroom to bathroom. Slight chipping was probably made when installing sink units or bath • Molding underneath the two windows have black smudge paint marks on the white painting • Kitchen ceiling near side window needs to be attended to make smooth and even This being the reason for Quality of workmanship & material that follows through to Overall Homebuying Experience being 4 out of 5, and the rest 5 out of 5. So, scoring over 90% totaling the 5 categories is an A+ grade which is excellent. Note that it is impossible to score 100% 5 out of 5 and there are always going to be items that will show up within a couple of months of living in the house. Does not necessarily need to be perfect but it must be right! No blame is made to any individual or specific department as we are all human so, the takeaway from this being, there could be room to step up in quality control area prior to preclosing and/or handover. Therefore, take this as a learning opportunity in the interest of progress. The positive overriding factors being one would be hard pressed to find a new single story dwelling Gateway I design with the options and upgrades of this caliber for the price point in 2025 and going forward located adjacent to an affluent area. Please note: The HOA management company do not read properly homeowners’ responses and the content of their replies as well as approach leaves a lot to be desired. A few messages were sent to them underscoring concerns. Very unprofessional. They showed lack of understanding and addressing issues as well as their language and tone are substandard. Implied disparate treatment as well as discrimination against WA State and Federal Fair Housing Act laws that were close to being reporting to WA State regulators. It was very unprofessional that resulted in soured relationship with us and as well as other homeowners. Recommendation that Nova should be replaced to restore goodwill between the HOA and homeowners. ... Más

Overall, we are happy we bought our home from Pulte. They generally make the home buying process easy. We had some challenges with delays. Our home was delayed about 4 months due to issues Pulte had with contractors. Unfortunately, this is common in the trades and it is something to expect. There are some minor things about the house that we had to have fixed such as a leaky shower, broken doorbell. But overall, the build-quality is great. Buying a home is a stressful process. While it will never be perfect, Pulte made it much easier.

During closing, Pulte went through all of my requests and made sure they were complete. I am happy with my new Pulte home.

Just submitted a list of items that need attention, will know better in a couple of weeks how to rate the build quality.

From the day I signed a contract (October 18, 2022) to day of closing (July 29, 2024). Endless, endless delays with very few explanations from Pulte unless I nagged. Meanwhile, because I was given estimated completion dates of almost every month in 2023 and 2024….. I finally sold my previous house…. And then the buyers of that house— a family with three small children— had to move THREE TIMES while this house was completed. I think the quality of my new house in Arborwood is fine. But the buying experience was a nightmare, truthfully.
