The entire staff at Sorrells, including the superintendent, were exceptional throughout my home-buying process and even after closing. While there were a few issues that arose after I signed my paperwork, the team was prompt, responsive, and made sure those concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The warranty department was also outstanding very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, my experience with Richmond was a positive one.
