We are new to the area and researched several builders. We chose Richmond American Homes to build our house based on the ratings other homeowners provided and after doing some walk throughs of their model homes. The building process was excellent as well as the inspection process. We were given a warranty contact at the time we took possession. At 30 days the warranty contact called and asked if we had any issues or concerns which we didn't at that time. A week later we had a minor issue and requested them to look at it. They had someone out the same week to look at it and rectify the issue. I am very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship and responsiveness of the Richmond staff from building to warranty care. Extremely pleased with the quality of our build, very nice standard features, thoughtful upgrades. Everyone that we dealt with was excellent, from the initial sales representative contact, through building supervisor and walk throughs, to the various members of the administrative team that handled all of our processing.

Our new Richmond-American home is something we've always wanted. Design and quality are excellent and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Courtney, is outstanding and made the whole process very easy. The few minor new home follow-up items were handled quickly by Nathan, and the Richmond-American team has checked in with us several times to ensure all is well. What a terrific experience.

We are absolutely delighted with our home purchase. We moved out of state to purchase our new home and the sale rep was very kind and always answered my calls and questions. Great experience so far.

Quick smooth and easy process

Our experience was very good. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but that is expected for a new build. The only negative was being surprised by things that are not in our home that were in the model. That was a bit of a disappointment. Being a spec home there were no choices. Overall we are satisfied.
