The whole team was amazing from start to finish. The project superintendent has been great always on top of any issues and getting them handled.

If you do not use Richmond to buy a home, shame on you. I would rather be homeless, than live in a home that is not Richmond. Do yourself a favor and consult Richmond for your home buying needs.

After closing, sales agent and lender were available and answered the few concerns, with the same immediacy as during the sales process. Richmond corporate QC has been outstanding, ensuring that any remaining punch concerns are being addressed, resolved. Solid product, beautiful home; expect excellence - Richmond American Delivers!!!!!

The team from walking in the model to get the keys was exceptional. We looked at many home builders and were blown away with how responsive the team was and how quick we were able to be in our home. By far the most thorough final walk through we have ever had. Explained everything had all paperwork for warranties etc ready for us.10 out of 10 recommend.

I am so much happy in my home, I bought it with a great value, it was a great investment for my family. We walked and try to shop others but at the end we understand Richmond American homes value for the price is the highest..

We’re having a few cosmetic issues on our new home as expected and Chris is very responsive and has worked around my family’s busy schedule to complete most of the repairs. If it wasn’t for Chris the score would be very different. Chris is the super glue keeping it together for Richmond.

Rob was great. Very responsive to our questions and you can tell he cared about doing a good job. Home buying process was smooth and everyone involved at Richmond was easy to work with.

Various discrepancies with the home, He was attentive and is going to get them all fixed.

From the moment we walked into the office with our agent, to the time we closed our loan, everyone was great and very helpful. The day we closed we did our final walk through and learned about all the details of our appliances, tankless water heater, air conditioner, possible drip from extra condensation, to where wires are in the garage and where not to put things on the walls, everything has been Great! Never thought we would buy a new home, yet here we are.

We just closed on our home in Feb. 25, and it really was a better process than expected. The house is very nice and we’re really happy with it, but it’s still just a spec home. Nothing really great about it, but it is a nice home. I would buy from Richmond all over again, but just for the staff that we worked with. Ricardo & the sales staff were so helpful and accommodating even after the closing. Reon and the construction staff did an amazing job and kept on contractors for the few repairs there were. It’s almost been a month since we closed and I count these people as friends. Great experience with Richmond Homes compared to our previous experience with another large builder. Ricardo and Rob were excellent with communicating, and Rob was great to work with and takes pride in his role and ensuring quality homes are built. The only aspect of the experience that wasn’t excellent is around some of the decision making at Richmond corporate (or whoever the decision makers are for designing model homes in the communities); in false advertisement within the models. I understand that all builders put items in the models that are not offered in homes, but this is a deceptive practice. If Richmond didn’t participate in this norm it would further elevate, differentiate, and build trust in Richmond from other builders. When trying to get a resolution around an item, we were met with an unfortunate response and attitude from Ava, and Daniel didn’t even return our calls to support. Fortunately, Ricardo, Rob, and Reon were great to ensure a positive experience- They are great at their roles and the reason we are satisfied with Richmond. ... Más
