Great experience very easy process

I genuinely loved the overall end-to-end experience. The model home I purchased is beautiful, the interest rate offered was competitive, and the after-purchase care has been outstanding. David and Gabriel, in particular, went above and beyond in addressing a few issues we noted after moving in—they were incredibly responsive and supportive, which made a huge difference. I’ve been enthusiastically recommending this builder and community to my friends and family because I truly enjoy sharing the positive parts of my journey here. That said, I do want to be honest about one frustrating aspect: the sales department—especially Joey—made the initial process more stressful than it needed to be. We encountered several unexpected surprises during the purchase phase, and the communication style felt dismissive and at times unprofessional. It left a sour taste in our mouths and made us question whether we had made the right decision. Thankfully, every other part of the experience has more than made up for that rocky start. My experience was great, all the personnel was knowledgeable and friendly.

It was pleasure working with everyone at Richmond American Homes. Everyone was helpful, communication was easy and we did not feel pressured like we did at other new developments. Julio was outstanding! He was patient, informative, checked in with us regularly and provided guidance along the way. It’s been a great experience! Very well built, quality home. The only thing I would request is options to certain upgrades such as linen closet cabinets, upgraded paint, patio cover and landscaping in the rear of the home .
