Purchasing my home with Richmond American Homes at Seasons at Riverton South Plumas Lake was a great experience from start to finish. I can honestly say their team made the process feel smooth, organized, and straightforward. Communication was consistent, the closing process timeline was above expectation, and they did a good job explaining each step without making it feel overwhelming. Pretty exciting experience. Definitely took quite a bit of work but they really make sure that all bases are covered. Their also very responsive, always a super fast response.

I liked the plan, design and documents which was shared, most of it was available online which is good.

We just moved in and noticed a couple of small issues we did not see during our walk through! As soon as I put my request in Richmond was on it!! Our community is still under construction and the Superintendent’s make sure that if their crews are being disruptive in any way, they put a stop to it! We love our home!!

Great experience - From the start Steve was great and the complete experience from mortgage process to closing was seamless. Pricing was the best in the market.

Overall, I am satisfied. I was very happy that I don't have to pick colors, lighting, accessories and etc. The only thing that I do not like is that I could not make any changes for elderly/disable access to go in and out of the house and the bathrooms.

The team I worked with was and continues to be helpful. Loving my new home and the craftsmanship.

First time buying new build was easier than we thought. Sales associate gave a tour to all model homes. Asked what our ideal bedroom was, 1 or 2 story house, ect. Fell in love with a corner lot with big backyard. Walk through and were thorough and questions were answered. Didn’t have any issues with move in date, no delays. Overall would buy another house from builder if I could.

Buying the home in Roseville was great,from the beginning Brandon was Amazingly informative, and made the Buying experience easy and pleasant. The loan team was great too, Chris was awesome to work with also made the loan streamline and was always in contact with me and answered all my questions. In addition, the time of the closing they were very patient with us & provided us alll the necessary paperwork that made us able to close the house. I like Richmond American home,this the reason buy house. All over is good,only I don’t like kitchen countertops. I have to pay for seal the countertops. Costumer service good,Katrina and Gayle both very nice,both did great job. I very happy and recommend other people

Overall a very good experience. Walk through team was amazing. Some areas of concern were not addressed and I was left the supplies to paint these areas myself however DJ is great and responds ASAP

Great group of people to work with. All very professional and courteous. People I would be friends with for life and invite to my home for BBQ and family events. My wife and I felt comfortable and important. Gail has been a blessing and on top of all repairs and follow-ups. Loan process was challenging but Chris made us feel appreciated through the process.
