When we first started looking at the new Westridge homes, we were greeted and treated with excellence in customer service from Abby at the sales office, it continued with HomeAmerican loan officer Shawna who guided us thru the process with ease, Steven at the home site was extremely helpful and completed the walk thru before we moved in and repaired any small items. Recently Madison went thru the 30-day walk thru, to again repairing any items that came up after a month of living in the home. We are extremely pleased how well Richmond American has taken care of us and made everything so easy. Their secure portal made submitting documentation so easy. Richmond American has made the buying process the best we have ever had, and we have bought 3 new construction homes so we know and speak from experience. We worked with Laura and she was fantastic, very responsive and knowledgeable. Our house was in terrific shape and every question we had during the process was answered promptly.

We were looking for a new house in a neighborhood that is currently under development and has multiple builders. After making multiple trips and visited all builders in the community we decided to go with Richmond. At Richmond we found the most house for the money, build quality is fantastic, lot size, sales rep Jesus went above and beyond for us, loan department as well. We made the right choice with Richmond and we couldn't be more happy.

Overall experience was great. Holly at sales was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Dianna at financing was extremely helpful! I benefitted from her advices a lot during financing process. Zach (superintendent) was also very patient and thorough. So far (1 month through) haven't seen any issue yet. Value for price is reasonable but I wish you could handle the fencing like other builders. The cost could be included to the closing costs.

We loved working with Holly! She was truly amazing and very transparent throughout the whole process. Once we were building our weekly updates with Tony began and he was always very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Once we were in the finishing stages Zack took over our weekly updates and did our walkthrough with us and also made sure things were being done properly. The team we had were great and we were very happy with our home.

Beautiful homes with good customer service.

We had a very easy process in buying our new home. Crystal was great to work with!! Kept us informed throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the whole experience.

I did not meet the builder. However the staff that showed us the home, collected our information and provided constant assistance was awesome. Whitney, Nicole and Steve (I think that's his name. He marked all the places where minor repairs were need before we occupied the residence.

Best home buying experience!

Our home was already built when we bought it but it feels like a quality home. Every person we have dealt with from sales to loan to walk through and warranty items and trade people have all been very friendly and professional. With the few warranty items that have been found, Richmond has been very responsive. We are happy with our home and our overall experience.
