We had an amazing experience that went so smoothly! The whole team at Richmond was so great to work with! Jason was so great about answering questions and being so nice. Luke helped us with our walkthrough, he was very thorough and went above and beyond. Overall, an outstanding team and we had so much fun!

The Richmond community of home builders were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in making our home purchasing venture a pleasant, and very relaxed process. We felt very comfortable and well prepared all the way to the closing date. I would highly recommend purchasing a home through Richmond.

The Sales staff actively worked to resolve any issues during the process. The construction team as well as onsite customer service team were responsive and quick to address items needing attention.

Everyone was helpful from the first day. The sales person, superintendent, home care team, title company, and all others were always responsive to our questions. We’re very happy with our new home.

The entire home buying experience was pleasant and simple. This is our 4th house and the whole transaction was simple and easy thanks to Alex and Austin. Questions and issues were met in a timely manor of not immediate. Lending was simple and straightforward, again, any questions or concerns were responded to very timely. We felt completely at ease during the entire process.

Angie out Richmond hopes rep was so knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire home buying process. We were expecting our second child days before going under contract so we were on a tight time frame. Angie made our home buying experience possible and was fantastic to work with Genny and Luke has been a great resource and were fantastic through the process as well. Concern Regarding Wall Issue in My New Richmond Home I specifically chose to purchase another Richmond home because of the exceptional experience I had with your team when I bought my first Richmond property. While the new home is stunning, I have significant concerns about the quality of construction in one area. The wall above the fireplace is visibly uneven, something that was not immediately noticeable during the walkthrough but became apparent on the first day we hung a television. Being informed that this issue is not covered under warranty—just two days after closing—is both surprising and disappointing. I have always associated Richmond with superior quality and service, which is why this experience feels especially disheartening. It gives the impression that Richmond’s commitment to homeowners ends at closing, which I hope is not reflective of your company values. ... Más

We enjoy our new home and love the view. The walkthrough, purchasing, and handoff process went great until they tell you the things you need to do before you can move into the house. Beware that you need to seal the grout, fill the joints in the garage floor, and run a new sprinkler control wire so that we can add zones for the back yard.

Hailey worked well with us. We were frustrated with the sewer issue and how long it took to "resolve".

With any large transaction you are going to have some issues along the way. But one thing that I felt confident about along the way, was that those issues would get solved. Travis was always a phone call away and willing to help or point me in the right direction anytime I needed anything. The loan team (Jenn Fuggi) did a good job breaking things down for us so we could understand our options. This was our first home, so it was a bit overwhelming ant first, but Travis and Jen helped calm us down and Keep us on pace. Overall I felt satisfied with the experience.
