Orlando was very helpful when I was looking to purchase a home. He answered all of my questions and always got answers as soon as possible. Whitney always works with Orlando and she was so kind to deal with also. I cannot say enough about both of them and the professionalism they bring to the office each day.

Whitney, the salesperson, was great. She was very kind, especially during some delays by mortgage company. All issues have been addressed quickly and staff has been friendly and want to help. The quality of products used in the home is far higher than any other builders in the area. We love our RV garage and style of our home. Don't hesitate to buy a home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied customers and would buy from them again.

Whitney was fantastic and kept me in the loop, while Matt made sure all my thoughts were addressed prior to closing. Mike has been fantastic in the Warranty team when I noticed some small things that needed to be addressed.

Their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how responsive and supportive they continued to be even after the sale was completed. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Richmond American Homes to anyone looking for a smooth and positive home-buying experience.

We had a great buying experience. Our salesperson LeAnn was fantastic. Our builder Dylan took our home inspection report and our punchlist and every item was fixed prior to closing. Since closing, our warranty rep Ashland has been amazing as well. all requests are promptly scheduled and she even texts to make sure the trades show up and do the repairs on the day they are scheduled. Excellent service all around. We also feel the value we got from Richmond exceeded other builders in the immediate vicinity. Would recommend this builder highly.

It’s been a month since we moved into our new home, and overall, I’m very satisfied with our homebuying experience. The entire process went smoothly, and I truly appreciate everyone who helped us along the way from our New Home Sales Consultant Santiago, to the Home Superintendent Dylan, and the Ashland Home Care Representative. They’ve all been responsive, professional, and always available whenever I reached out. As for the house, we’re really enjoying it so far. It’s bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner reflects quality and care, and it’s quickly become a place we love coming home to every day. The only wrinkle in an otherwise smooth end-to-end buying process was - in my view - the extreme amount of documentation required by the preferred mortgage lender. I joked with my friends that at times it felt like I was going to need to provide them stool, urine, and blood samples! Even so, I would highly recommend RAH to prospective homebuyers - my home is virtually perfect for me!

The overall experience buying a new construct home was 4 stars. The sales associate and representatives that front run the sales of Richmond homes were very professional! The home purchased was beautiful but did come with more after work than expected from a new construct. Nonetheless the Construction Manager stepped in to help and still being present until all repairs are made has been refreshing! Overall I know most experiences aren’t perfect so beginning to end I comment Richmond on where they are now as a company and the sky is the limit if they continuously strive for excellence!

Everything went smoothly. Some things were not taken care and at a few points, felt rushed, but overall, a good experience.

Underwriting process was very bad. Loan officer Steven and processor Ryan have done awesome job. Whoever the underwriter was on file was just a disaster. The Underwriting process was very frustrating, overwhelming and nerve wrecking. Please please pay revisit your underwriters because they can cost you business. I had a very strong file but it still gave me a headache.

We found the home through our own realtor. The process with the sales rep almost made us walk away from the home we selected. The lack of transparency between the Sales rep and her staff was very disappointing. Fortunately we did not allow one persons lack of professionalism stop us from our choice. We utilized our own lender and closed on the date we chose. We had minimal issues with getting interior issues resolved prior to moving in. We had our own home inspection done_ that is a must do with these new home builds. The exterior issue with the grass almost impeded with the closing date- however communication with the New Home Engineer directly got our issues resolved the day before closing. Closing was on 2/27/26. We moved in after having the interior painted on April 2, 2026. So far the only issue in our 5 br/3.5 Ba home has been the toilet in the 1st floor guest room Bathroom. The HOA has been quick to approve our online Project Request. We hope to enjoy many years here in our New Richmond Home. The only concern will be the sales team_ between what they say and do before you sign the contract. After you sign the contract you are just a number on a board. Recommend the company focus on that issue with their Sales Team and invest in some Interpersonal Communication skills training. ... Más

My initial closing and delivery of our new home was disappointing however Dawn B. in the warranty department has turned things around and resolved many of the problems with professionalism, promptness and knowledge of new build issues.
