We met Lizy when we first started our search for a new home. First stop of the hunt. Liked the homes but the location just wasn't right for us. Several months later I found the perfect Richmond American Homes development in a different county. The sells agent, finance manager, and builder were great to work with and provided an excellent buying experience. The mortgage process was a complete nightmare - if you can get your own financing Do it - Save yourself the heartache and craziness. I can not imagine financing a large amount, ours was less than $100K and it was a complete disaster of an experience.

Good overall, just underwriting conditions was exaggerated. I will recommend the company.

We recently purchased a home from Richmond American Homes. The process went very smoothly from first contact with Anthony for home tours to closing. Anthony was(is) very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. Our home is everything we wanted it to be with the exception that it did not come with gutters and downspouts, which we have since had installed. We bought a Richmond American model in Florida. We picked the Azure model. My wife and I love it. Our rep Rosemary was wonderful and helped us immensely in picking and buying our home. We have lived in it just over a month and have n o complaints. We stop and look around almost daily and cannot believe we are actually living in such a nice home.

I purchased a spec home that was finished 3 months prior to my purchase. There were some small craftsmanship issues but these were taken care of immediately. The team was excellent and a pleasure to work with.
